Never disappointed with Burger king. Very spacious, clean and good food at the Manchester airport.
Danish and Nick were on duty and they made sure we are comfortable and okay.

Recently tried Burger King's Whopper meal and was pleasantly surprised by the flame-grilled taste of the burger. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. However, the service very good

We ordered a Double Cheeseburger and an Angus Burger at the Screen, payment was easy with Credit Card. The Burger were good, just the fries were really âthick cuttedâ, we like more the thinner cut for fries. A man in charge for service called âDanishâ was very active in cleaning and clearing up. The light and decoration can be improved. Relaxing atmosphere for eating your fastfood.

Visited 24/12/2021 - displays were not clear as to what was suitable for vegetarians, went to counter and encountered a bald man in background who rudely dismissed me trying to enquire (seemed to be the manager on duty) and kept pointing to the self service monitors, customer service here was non existent and how this person works in a service led industry is beyond me, for him alone this would be a 1 star (zero isnât possible) HOWEVER a lady and her colleague noticed my enquiring position and as she approached the rude manager tried to send her for a break, luckily the lady stayed to resolve my query amazingly well with support from the other colleague she was with, ended up ordering two vegan supreme meals (amazing!) and two portions of the baby sized hash browns, being a fan of McDonaldâs hash browns I was sceptical these would come anywhere close, they were brilliant and wish burger kings were more accessible than McDonaldâs. For the reasons above and the two exceptional front line staff members who saved the experience with their exceptional customer service rating the visit 4 out of 5 stars (the star lost due to the absolutely poor duty manager) âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

editing my review to state that this was written under duress!! a staff member came round and started telling me to scan the QR code & write a review while i had just taken a bite of my vegan royale (stunning btw) â i was NOT eager to speak given that i was mid-stuffing my face (apologies to that staff member). he then told me what to write, word for word, and stood next to me until i posted!! i then saw him go round and do the same thing to multiple other people who were eating; including someone who was literally on facetime to someone else. i have NO idea who david is, the staff at the till were all super friendly and the food came so fast and was 10/10 â but i get weird vibes from this forced review and having to name-drop david, who i can see bad reviews have been left about before.
i didnât witness anything super weird apart from a gentleman in glasses (david?) telling the staff that the promo signs out front needed to be straightened and that one of them had left the mop in the wrong place. micro-managing vibes.
anyways idk whatâs going on in this burger king but clearly there are some political complexities that someone needs to dive into.
10/10 for the rest of the staff tho xx

Pretty standard Burger King at airport prices. I got my food quickly, it was decent food. No complaints there.
Eat there everyday on my break, the staff are friendly and service is very quick, David, Sohail, Gabe and Dodds especially are always super friendly and helpful, always creating an enjoyable experience. Very sad to see the vegan nuggets go, end of an era.
