Went on Valentine’s Day to see the menu was 50% off!! Incredible for us two skint students to see. The food sent me to another realm. I was levitating, metaphorically, and thought I was the chosen one. In other words, the food was banging and my wine got served in the coolest glass ever. 10/10

The food is really tasty and well presented. We love the small plates, and order about 5 between 2 of us. I also love that they have English sparkling wine by the glass! Service was also spot on.

Hii, still in this season of love! To celebrate shrove Tuesday/pancake day 2024, my friend and I organised a day out and took a trip to northern quarter- one of my favourite neighbourhood in Manchester 💗 The Smithfield Social posted that there was going to be free pancakes!! And I mean we just had to go down and indulge. The pancakes were so petite and came in threes, I chose lemon sugar and bacon for mine and my friend had hers with the maple syrup. Overall 10/10 I loved how streaky the bacon was, the pancake texture was perfect and the lemon sugar elevated the meal too.. I am back on my juice journey so I had the pineapple one and water.. hydration is key!! Will I be coming back here?? Definitely YES! There’s a 50% off the all day menu from 12pm till evening for the whole of February!! I loved the ambience, it’s a casual cafe vibe and perfect place to catch up with friends! There’s also space for large groups as well. The staff were excellent 10/10. I’m pretty excited to return to try out more of their menu options P.s: this place is definitely now on my list of best pancake spots in Manchester ❤️

This is one of my favourite places to eat in the northern quarter and is fantastic for breakfast. The extra crispy hash browns are a must as an add on and if you want something a little healthier they have freshly squeezed juices as well as a tasty smoothie bowl and shakshuka. Make sure you visit!

I visited to make the most of a 50% off food in January offer. I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese: from £14 down to £7, it was a great price, but an understandably small portion. I definitely should have ordered a side. Although we got a walk-in table, it’s probably best to book!

I ordered the two eggs well done on sourdough toast with extra avocado and halloumi. It was absolutely delicious and although some places ignore my request for well done eggs, these were cooked perfectly. The sourdough bread was delicious and my company’s food was equally as amazing. My only criticism would be to add a sauce to the vegetarian breakfast because it was rather dry. All in all, delightful brunch.

I had breakfast here and I am totally satisfied. Staff is friendly and the menu has a lot to offer. Also fairly priced. Will definitely come back.

Really liked this place except 3 little points that makes it a 4. The food, great ideas but it just misses the execution level for the price. Example the figs may as well have been microwaved, chicory was fresh on one half of the dish and wilted on the other & the sourdough was so thin, dried out and anemic it was more like a cracker than toast. If your staff are going to talk about wine like they know what they are talking about they should probably know that they are talking about. It's fine to say I really like this one because it tastes great but don't try and blag it because it sounds cool and "natural orange wine" is trendy. Good wine suppliers are very happy to come and train staff and W sets can be found for free on line these days. And lastly, the out door tables (or at least ours) don't get wiped, even when the waitress is clearing it when you arrive. Could be so much better with just a little bit more experience/effort/training.

Great bar. Love the different seating areas, atmosphere, staff are lovely, fast service for both food and drinks, house wine is really nice. Everything is great quality but still affordable. The arancini are delicious. Wish there were more vegan options on the sharing menu!

Solid brunch menu. Will definitely be returning. We walked in and were seated in minutes on a busy Saturday with no booking- so thank-you team for looking after us ! Food is top notch and really reasonably priced. Service was fast too!

Had Superb ( using superb for the first time) branch one Korean Fried Kitchen and Mushroom hash brown with scrambled eggs and drinks. Every thing was perfect the food tasted fantastic and so nicely prepared seasoning, spice, temperature and ingredients The place is divided into a bar on one side and eating place on the other side. You can go there to eat or just drink. They have a very good selection of drink. Wine 🍷 beer 🍻 and cocktails 🍹. They have very friendly nice staff the make you feel comfortable and enjoy your food and drink.

I got the KFG burger and fries which cost me £16.50 (shared in picture). I have also included a picture of my sons meal which was the £6 burger and fries (which includes a drink too). Not quite sure why I'm paying £10 more for mine when they are basically the same size. I have to admit my burger was very nice flavour wise. The service here is always good in particular one waitress (she has strawberry blonde/ginger hair. She always makes a fuss of my boys which means a lot. I love the kids menu options, but I think some of the adult options are overpriced.

My daughter and I were walking around about 7 in the evening looking for a Sunday roast dinner (without reservations, oof). After trying three other places the Smithfield Social said they still had some available so we figured we'd give it a go. It was one of the best meals we had on our vacation. Highly recommended. SLIGHTLY overpriced, perhaps. But delicious.
