Me and my mum had the chicken in szechuan sauce with broccoli and salt and peppered tofu! The first time I have visited and definitely won't be the last. It's very clean and love how they have an open kitchen. Definitely the best Chinese I have ever been too!
Delicious chiniese food is a completely different experience than your local chiniese chippy or all you can eat buffet! You will be positively surprised! Strongly recommend. Very good service, 👍🏻 We will be back again 😀 👌🏻
I’ve ordered a three roast rice, which includes pork belly, duck and char siu.
We also ordered a duck soup hor fun, the soup broth was flavoursome, had the fragrance from the duck. It’s a shame the noodles were over cooked and not the typical thick hor fun you get.
I do enjoy their milk tea and ice teas though.
Very lovely place for Chinese food! The razor clamp, steamed scallop, lobster Yee mee and their milk tea are highly recommended. Six of us with two dishes of lobster only cost us approximately £200. Fast pace service, comfortable place. Will definitely come again.
Was recommended this by a friend who lives in Manchester. At first I thought it was a new restaurant opened by BNOs as I know a lot have come over and ventured into the food business. Turns out its been there 5 years and my friend only recently discovered it 😂😅
Food was excellent, the beef brisket to die for and I will be returning again in the new year.
Very authentic cantonese crusine. It is always fully booked on the weekends, so do remember to make a reservation in advance. There is only curb side parking beside the restaurant. 2 meat dishes, 1 fried rice, 1 horfun, and 1 vegetable cost about £63. 👍worth the price and calories.
Great food at a very high level at a incredibly competitive price. The decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant is more like a odd run down cafeteria rather than a restaurant but this is offset by the amazing quality food.
The Razor clams are to die for, honestly if your coming here please do yourself a favour and order them!
Will definitely be returning quite regularly in the future
All you need to know is that uncle Roger would be happy with the 'Wok- Hei' here! So good, it was worth the 5 mile drive to eat here! Service is as authentic as you'd wish- hello, take order for drinks, take orders for food, leave you alone until you ask for the bill! I'm definitely a return customer! Mr Ho.
Very nice, clean spacious cafe serving authentic Chinese food, I say cafe because of the size and menu. I had a limited choice as the meat us not halal so I opted for the tofu and veg stir-fry with boiled rice included. I like tofu so the dish was up to my standards. My friend had the mar por tofu and we ordered a side of kailan with some Chinese tea. We came on Thursday lunchtime so it wasn't too busy. Would definitely come again to try something else. Street parking on the side.
Faultless food, everything always so yummy.
Prices are reasonable given the cost of living
Portions are good size and Greta variety of local favourites to more Chinese catered dishes
Never had a bad meal
Authentic HK Style hawkers (daai Pai dong/大牌檔) cafe in Manchester where we've been visiting since they opened. Friendly staff. Food is great in big portion but can be very slow. Always busy which is why the food takes a while to come over but it's worth the wait. Make sure you book a table in advance even if it's on a weekday as the place is quite small, and always busy.
I would recommend the razor clams and scallops on this restaurant… if you love deep fried fish, it is too dry! But still yum!!
Very good Chinese resturaunts / cafe! Hearty portions and excellent pricing! Manager is very friendly and the place is rammed with lots of local Chinese people. You can tell its good. Also there are 3 Chefs so it's super busy!
A Chinese restaurant aimed at the Chinese community. It was pack in here today and people where getting turned away which isn't very Chinese. Had ho fun with beef in black bean sauce, morning glory and salt and pepper chicken wings. Really for 2 people. I thought it was very good. Just over £30. The kitchen had a jet engine to heat up the woks and that is how it should be.
Highly recommend this place for a meal with friends and family, love it here at Real Taste restaurant, genuine taste of Chinese food, Roasted Chinese BBQ Pork, Dry Fried Thin Noodles, my 2nd time here, it had been 8 months ago since I last visited this Chinese Restaurant, absolutely wonderful lunch, left with no regrets and full tummies, grateful for the lovely dishes we ordered, not only they look photogenic, but also tastes really nice to be truthful.
The food in this restaurant is delicious and rich. And the price is very reasonable. Suitable for a family. The taste here is very similar to that of Hong Kong, which is reminiscent.
Replacing what used to be Wong Wong Cafe Bakery, this casual Chinese cafe serves similarly comforting unpretentious Cantonese food at very reasonable prices and huge portions. Their crispy pork belly is also one of the best I’ve ever tried in Manchester. I would recommend this place if you don’t want to venture into Chinatown.
Great food my favourite Chinese restaurant but PRICE GONE UP RIDICULOUSLY... from £8 my favourite dish to £14 it's a RIP off now sadly
