This is one of the best establishments in terms of food service and atmosphere . Can’t say how much we enjoy our meal here . The food is always fresh and the taste is amazing . One of the best in the UK can’t wait to go back !!!!
We visited this restaurant with very high expectations. The food was decent enough. We tried the Samar - a cold appetizer which is Vine leaves stuffed with rice and nuts, Lamb Kofte and Chicken Shish. The Salgam was their local drink made from Turnips. Overall the food was good but I didn't find that wow factor.
We ordered the platter for 3-4 and for the 4 of us, ir was definitely more than enough. Large portions and all the grilled meats were delicious. The platter has so much variety of meats, it saves you thinking what to order if there are a few of you.
It came with a refreshing salad and dips. The service was friendly and helpful as we wasn’t sure if it was enough but they assured us that it will be more than enough.
Amazing food. Fresh light and filling food. Would 10/10 recommend to go. Went with a group of 10 and we got 2 mix platters and totally filled us up and couldn't have more. The starters were fresh and refreshing to eat before the meal.

I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at Istanbul Turkish Restaurant, indulging in their BBQ Full Platter. Without a doubt, it’s the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted in the UK. The ribs and lamb kofta were exceptional, and the rice complemented them perfectly. The sides, particularly the hummus, were superb. Beyond the incredible food, the service, hospitality, and cleanliness added to the overall excellence of my visit. Highly recommended for a memorable culinary experience.
Wow wow wow. Where to start. Definitely believe the hype! We were late and had to wait for a table for little while , which was completely fine. It was very busy (Saturday night) and rightly so!
Firstly, the service is 100/10. The staff attend to you immediately. The food comes VERY quick, nice hot and fresh. They are very respectful, kind, accommodating and hardworking.
The food was absolutely delicious. Well seasoned , amazing meat, the rice was plenty and perfect with the meat.
The 2 sharer platter was shared between 3 and was PLENTY. We left extremely full it hurt. The mocktail strawberry daiquiri could have been more “frozen” (no ice whatsoever) but it was the BEST tasting daiquiri I’ve ever had and I drink alcohol!
I really didn’t like the Knafeh tbh. But I’m not a sweet tooth kind of person. Just got it to try. It was quite hard, and extremely sweet.
