Few meters away from the Etihad stadium, this Mcdonald is great. Good customer service. However, when Manchester city are playing, allow extra time as they can be very crowded and your waiting time can take much long. Sometimes, you may not have place to seat. All in all, it's good place with great food like all other Mcdonald.
I'm often in here with my husband and son on a matchday. Food is usually ok, apart from just once when they gave me the wrong burger, but very busy that evening. The male cleaner who comes to the tables to clear your rubbish while you're still trying to eat, is a pain in the bum though. He even sometimes tries to sit beside you while you're eating. We always clear up after ourselves and don't want him grabbing our rubbish before we've finished. He needs to be asked to wait for people to finish first.
Our phones died of battery needed to order an Uber for my disabled wife. Absolutely helpful staff really helped us. Nice to have such a good experience
The only reason I can't give 5 stars is my fries were practically cold. Shout out to Dave helping customers out in need, unsung hero.

Food is just food McDonald's id all the same isn't it but presented better than some mcdonalds I've been to
Toilets are clean mind
Very helpful managers and staff who went the extra mile to help my friend who is a wheelchair user and stroke survivor. Could not have received better customer service.

Been to this Mcdonalds this morning and was greeted at the door by a lovely helpful staff member call David who was happy to show my wife and I how the digital meal bored worked . He then made are day by coming over after are meal and wishing us a nice day . Food was OK just about hot but not cold . I needed the toilet so popped along and was not in pressed with the
cleaning of the sinks they needed a good clean . also one of the Urinal had an open bit missing from the side of it needs replacing both of them the other one had gel sealer running along the top of it . It looked like a odd job man had a go at doing it . Also seating well in restaurant needs looking at . But overall the place is OK
Come On Mcdonalds let's have the place looking good after all the staff are great and desert better from you . Wednesday 24/11/21 update on this restaurant. Ordered my food from this restaurant this Afternoon for my lunch though Urban eats order No3327 my food turns up cold and my Coke was half empty this was because it was not put in the bag right and when given to me by the driver was leaking through the bag this meal cost me all together 12.65 The driver of my delivery did not listen to a word I was saying to him and instead to busy asking everyone else and getting sent in the wrong direction and on top of the delivery charge they have the cheek to ask if you want to give a % tip
I did phone the restaurant and spoke to Nathan who was very understanding and apologetic .will not be ordering though Urban eats again

No surprises here, I love it.
Quieter than nosy McDonald's. Ordering screens are by the entrance to the restaurant and the counter is at the opposite end. Staff were friendly and order arrived quickly.
Sat in the sunshine with a chicken wrap and cappuccino delivered to my table. All for under £4.
