Visited Rosso on recommendation didn’t disappoint excellent venue fantastic service amazing food! Great value for money two courses £16.95 off the lunch menu. Would definitely recommend loved it & we will be back ❤️
Very enjoyable lunch. We all enjoyed our choices. Can recommend the crab cakes and Hake on the lunch menu.

Fantastic restaurant and bar close to King Street. First time visitor on Thursday afternoon but enjoyed it that much went again early Friday evening.

Went for lunch today. Service is always good,. The place still has a lovely atmosphere in a beautiful old city bank. However, the price for the lunchtime menu has gone up and up in price (£25 two courses) and the bottle of wine at the cheaper deal is no longer available .
Great ambiance , great customer service, easy to find location with plenty of on street parking and also a carpark a 2 min walk away.
The calamari starter was nice and cooked perfectly as were the grilled prawns.
The steak was cooked just how I liked it the fries were handcut with the skin on and crispy.
Mocktails here were great.
Had a fantastic 3 course meal on the Sunday menu, all 4 of us couldn’t fault the service or the food! The added bonus is the beautiful building which is simply stunning, highly recommended for £25…. You can not get better anywhere in Manchester for the quality we had.

Really lovely decor during Christmas time, the entrance was very pretty, came here for a birthday. I would say the initial seating process is a bit disorganised- after they confirmed our booking, we were told to just wait by the bar while they get our table ready. It was quite crowded and we had to wait 15/20 minutes before we were seated even though we were on time.
Our waiter, Manchenzo, was very friendly and helpful in recommending drinks and dishes as we don’t drink alcohol and required halal food (chicken, beef and lamb are halal) We ordered the Rosso Pearl mocktail (highly recommend!!) and requested a non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiri. The steak and chicken risotto were delicious and very filling, even the “smaller” option is quite big.
Paid a £40 deposit when booking, double check that it’s been taken off as it wasn’t for us initially. We were also charged for birthday profiteroles that weren’t brought out. Only downside is that it’s quite a clubby atmosphere with very loud music, we couldn’t really hear each other and struggled to hear the waiter too but the overall vibes were nice as it was a special occasion.

All the food was delicious and staff was always around ready to take drink and food orders even though the place was packed.
Would definitely recommend to others however with great food and service comes a bill to match, but definitely worth it as a treat.

We took my mum for her Birthday, The food, the staff, the venue was perfect. They made her feel so special and looking around I could see that other guest was also being treated special, this is the place to visit if you like quality food and staff that go above and beyond to make your dining experience that little bit special..

The restaurant is very good. Located center of Manchester inside is a very beautiful historical atmosphere. Service was also very good. food taste was fine just the size of the portion was a bit small.

It was an excellent experience, we went to celebrate our friend graduation. There's a big menu with loads of options that can match everyone's preferences. From vegan to vegetarian and halal options!!. The service was amazing!! Were served by Somia, she was so nice and helped us picked what suits everyone from the menu. She made sure we had a great experience which all of us did!! The atmosphere and whole vibe was worth going, recommend!!
Great place that I went to for my birthday. I had the steak (not sure which one though, it has been a while) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was cooked perfectly, could not have asked for more.
The staff/service were a bit flustered as it was a bit understaffed and abnormally busy. The staff themselves were very nice people, no complaints about them specifically. They always asked if we were ok, which I appreciate.
Atmosphere, wow, some of the best I've seen. Great decor, huge chandeliers and just overall a very good atmosphere. It's very much of a thing where you'll understand once you enter.

This is truly a gem of a place with great quality food in Manchester. Friendly staff, cool environment which was decorated both inside and outside and super quality food was all it took them to hook me into their restaurant. It was absolutely phenomenal. Service was exceptional and the food was sensational and the decor was quite elegant.
This isn't the cheapest Italian restaurant, but you will definitely get what you pay for. The lobster crostini and the chocolate sphere deserts being particularly delicious!
I also had the truffle sausage pasta dish and my mum chose the prawn one. The profiteroles are the best ones I’ve ever ever had, but the highlight was the banana creme brûlée - incredible!
I can't wait to return to this restaurant on my next trip to Manchester. It is a restaurant which is a great value for money; Recommend 💯
Fabulous building, generous portions, and if you fancy eating in a disco, not being able to speak to your friends without shouting - this is your place. How nice would some cool background music have been. But then again, I am probably old...

WOW. How does this place get even one bad review? One of Manchester’s finest dining spots. The place is visually stunning, and the food is incredible. Worth the price tag. Cocktails are also fabulous. Ate here for my birthday and the experience was made very special by the staff. The scallops were to die for. Best Tiramisu outside of Italy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Bravo.
