I usually go every Saturday for a breakfast sandwich but This Saturday I got some Mother’s Day cupcakes for myself and some friends. They were amazing looked and tasted great, I’ll definitely be going back for more x

This is a fantastic bakery, I have lived nearby for six years and I only just discovered it. Great lunch time stop off, the sandwiches are fantastic (although they all seem to have raw onions on, which I take off). The cakes, coffees and specials are also always faultless and the bread is just outstanding. Friendly, fun folks behind the counter who have a chat and serve you quickly. Highly recommended!!
Recommended by a friend. First class bakery - fresh & well priced by comparison to some. Friendly staff too. I go for the daily soup & crusty roll. The cornflake cake was great & could be shared between - even if you've the sweetest tooth!

Pies and cakes are tasty and light. Not too sweet.
However, food is being handled and served with bare hands and same hands are also handling the till.
Best to serve and handle food with thongs for health and safety precautions.

I live around 10 miles away and travel as often as I can to Peter's for their delicious bread.
The small white loaves are out of this world, especially if real butter is used. Beans on toast becomes a delicacy.
The pies and sandwiches are of a very good standard and the large apple pies are truly scrumptious!
The staff are well presented, friendly and very obliging.
If you want world-beating bread this is the place to go. I would back this place against anyone. Brilliant!

The staff at Peters Bakery are always friendly and helpful. They supply an excellent variety of baked goods, fresh sandwiches, burgers, hot drinks etc. Everything is takeaway and an excellent choice for breakfast or that quick lunch. Bakers, please note they sell quality flour off all varieties (£1.60 per kg) and fresh yeast (50 pence for 100 gram). Please visit, you will be disappointed.
Steak pies here taste so good, gravy tastes so nice and proper pieces of steak. I work all over the north and these steak pies are the best i have had so far. mmm
Great sandwiches and pies quite expensive but the quality of ingredients and bread is very good.
Cornish pasty are the best around Manchester
Perfect example of a local bakery, all the usual freshly baked delicious favourites from mini pork pies and sausage rolls to viennese whirls. Spiced buns 6 for £1 are a ridiculous bargain, like soft, light hot cross buns without waiting for Easter! Bargain prices too.
Try the ancient grains bread if you like bread that is light, no bloating, beautiful flavour. Staff are lovely and you can use tables outside (1 inside) if you need a drink and a break. Fully recommended.
