Attended the Starbucks coffee shop ordering was delightful nice young chap on the till smile on his face pointed out where to wait and collect my order from.
However the female making the drinks was obviously having a bad day... no smile and certainly no manners she just left your drink on the side and appeared care less.
She really let the experience down.
Bustling place. Seems more patrons asked for to-go. Several freeloaders who took up seats, charge their gadgets without buying anything from the cafe. Feel sad for the cafe.
I visited the other day and was served by Tegan, who was super friendly and helpful! She made the whole experience really pleasant :)

Not a bad Starbucks for a quick stop before travelling. Friendly staff and quite clean.
I had a venti tea (2 bags) and the pumpkin spice loaf (warmed). The loaf was delicious and I always like the blend of tea Starbucks use. The staff were really friendly and didn't take too long to acknowledge customers & serve. The seating area was clean and tidy. No left over cups or plates from previous customers.

I don’t know the name of the guy, but on 18/09/2020 at 11:20 he was working at the till. An Asian guy, and, definitely the best customer service I have ever had in my whole life at Starbucks!
