went here to redeem a gift card that was received for Christmas. staff was lovely and had patience for our order. used the Costa app and now I have a free drink next time! If you use this code VPXDN you will get bonus points and it will be easier to get a free drink..overall good experience and it is busy because it's in town but still good.

Always loved visiting this branch. Staff friendly and willing to talk about the coffee etc. Although it is located on Market Street, there is plenty of seating. I think it can get busy between here and the other Costa located near to Primark. The seating area is clean, well lit and fresh looking. Comfortable seating so definitely consider sitting down. Enjoy!

Very nice experience in Manchester. Nice place, close to the cathedral and in the center of the city, but more relaxed. The staff was nice and the all products were very fresh and good.

Usually always a seat somewhere, I came when it was less busy. A good place to come to for a quick coffee or something to eat. Staff are polite and quite fast, even when it's just one working on their own. Tables were kept clean and tidied quickly. There are two toilets (unisex) and a disabled toilet. I've never had any issues at a Costa.

Lovely place for a catch up and warm atmosphere. Think there should be a little more room for those exiting but overall really good.

We were served on the receipt by Ale, but by a fellow whose badge name said Con. Extremely polite and approachable, and managed a tough altercation with a client with poise and finesse. Incidentally, I've contacted Costa via their website, but I will try here in case this gets seen; I may have lost my French ID card on location. I wonder if any of the staff have picked it up. It's a long shot while I wait for a response from HQ, but I wanted to underline that staff there, and security as well, do a phenomenal job of de-escalating any rowdy customers. Pleased to see the staff are on point. ... The Yuzu and Blood Orange drink was really good by the way.

Costa Coffee in Manchester has consistently been my go-to spot for a caffeine fix and a welcoming ambiance. Located in the bustling heart of the city, this Costa Coffee branch has a lot to offer, and I'm excited to share my experiences. First and foremost, the coffee here is consistently excellent. Whether I'm in the mood for a classic cappuccino, a rich Americano, or one of their seasonal specials, Costa delivers a brew that's both robust and flavorful. The baristas are skilled and take pride in crafting each cup to perfection, ensuring a satisfying coffee experience every time. The menu is extensive, catering to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences. From dairy-free alternatives to a variety of syrups and toppings, there's something for everyone. They even offer a selection of delicious pastries and sandwiches that pair wonderfully with their coffee. What sets this particular Costa Coffee apart is its welcoming atmosphere. The cozy seating, warm lighting, and background music make it an ideal place to catch up with friends, read a book, or simply unwind. It's a haven for students and professionals alike who are looking for a quiet spot to work or study. The staff at this Costa Coffee location deserves a special mention. They're consistently friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you'll receive the same warm welcome and top-notch service. The location itself is convenient, nestled in the heart of Manchester, making it easily accessible for both locals and tourists. It's a great place to recharge during a day of shopping or exploring the city. In terms of pricing, Costa Coffee falls within the range of what you'd expect from a coffee shop in a city like Manchester. While it may be a bit more expensive than some independent cafes, the quality and consistency of the coffee make it a worthwhile investment. In summary, Costa Coffee in Manchester is more than just a coffee shop; it's a delightful coffee haven with excellent brews, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast or simply in need of a comforting cup, this Costa Coffee branch has you covered.
