Jacques is the person I usually go to and he is absolutely amazing, always service with a smile and very kind, always making sure Ive got everything, today was served by Josh, he didn’t disappoint either!! Very cooperative and kind. Love greggs for the pizza but it’s always a major plus finding good
Decent location, decent food. One thing that might be improved upon is workflow. Many times during the morning rush there is only 1-2 staff behind the till. Compared to Victoria and St.Peters Sq which probably has similar footfall, both have 4-6 people.

My daughter was mugged today 16 Feb 24 in Manchester and had her phone, money and bank card stolen. She was alone and made her way into greggs on Oxford Road. Two young dark haired lads who were working between 17.00-18.00 helped her. They let her use their personal phone and offered her assistance,
Extra props to Eli who gave us 10 out of 10 customer service during my experience in the Greggs Oxford Road today will be returning just to see Eli

What can you say about Greggs?
Its a great place for on the move food. Breakfast on the go, whilst you move from one bus to another or simply before you get to your work location.
What I love the most is how none fussy it is. You simply get what you see and that is great :)
Great pasties although not the most accommodating for vegetarians/vegans in terms of hot food. However that is changing with the introduction of the vegan sausage roll! My personal favourites from here are the cheese and onion pasty and the vegetable bake. Also they do great coffees!
It’s my heaven. I like the food here. You can have a yummy pie with super cheap price. And the coffee is awesome too.
