It was a bit noisy but I could spend a good time with my friends. It is good for university students.. reasonable price and space is enough!
This is one of the most lively bars in Manchester. Be it a weekday or weekend, Footage is an absolute hit. They have 3 huge screens which live match telecast. The pool and TT tables, add to the overall liveliness. The music is great too! They also have some amazing food served until 10pm. I had chicken chimichangas and chicken burger, both were great. Also try the two for one deserts. For frequent visitors, buy yourself the yellow card and avail great offers here. The card gets you a complete meal i.e. a main with a drink of your choice for £5-6. Quite a steal!
Nice Boozer went today to watch Manchester united vs Arsenal but despite the result had a great time and met two lovely people!
Amstel is ap nice pint especially for £2.50.. and great atmosphere and is everytime I go in 👊🏽🍻
Absolutely fantastic bottomless brunch. Drinks and food and the wings are amazing. Beth our waitress was brilliant. Kept the drinks flowing. Rachel and Max in the kitchen served amazing fresh food. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
Best value bottomless brunch in MCR. We were served by Stan who was incredible, such good value for money, fast service and very friendly. So good for the money. Food was yummy but not the star of the show, drinks were delicious and they have a great range. Sports showed so the vibe of the place does change based on if there is a match happening but genuinely will be back and will never stop raving about this
Fabulous experience, Sam was looking after us all afternoon, super fast service and she was so friendly and chatty! After she left the GM Gabby looked after us for the duration and he was nothing short of fabulous, including Rufus his cutie dog! The food for a bottomless menu was vast with burgers and pizzas which was a nice if you didn’t want poached eggs etc. Karen the chef was 🫶 10/10 !!!
Dessert came about 15 minutes before my main, which was weird. But I still enjoyed both

Nice place - obviously geared up for students being so close to the uni but went there as a family of four and no issues at all. Food was decent and reasonably priced, atmosphere was nice and the place generally had a good vibe
Fair play to the staff they changed the big screen over to the rugby world cup third place match when we asked which I really appreciated. The beer selection is ok but a little pricey and when the sport is on it's difficult to hear the commentary (this is a sports pub - hence the sports comments!). Overall more than decent place
Good value for Money, the burger and angry fries were nice. The man that brought the food over was also very friendly.
My girls often have galas at the nearby Manchester aquatic centre and I always pop in here between races because the choice of beer is great, there are screens everywhere you look and the food looks good too!
Beautiful pub.. I didn't try food, but it looks delicious 😋. You can play pool, watch sports, eat, drink... always modest music
Frequently visit for lunch when I'm in the area. Great no-nonsense food (can't beat the burger and drink) and really friendly service makes it an obvious choice for a frictionless working lunch! Hasn't lost that genuine feel it had back in the late 90s/early 2000s when I was first at the university - and that's not a bad thing!
Great bar for viewing live sports. Decent selection of beers, reasonably priced. Would visit again next time I'm on Oxford Street
1st stop on our evening out on the town in Manchester pub hopping and food. Such a nice spot and the menu looks like it would be a good place to visit for brunch.
Nice and affordable pub for your after-uni or predrinking needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the lady usually working the mid-day shift. Didn't have any of the food personally yet, but all the others from the friendgroup say its amazing.

Great place near the MMU, perfectly located for students to access. Couldn’t believe my ears when the bar server told me that two pints of beer were going to cost me £6! Apparently that’s a Tuesday night special I wasn’t aware of - but either way that’s fantastic. Great pool tables, loads of seating, great beer, I’ll be back next time I’m in Manchester!
