Amazing customer service everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wide choice of drinks available to suit everyone’s taste. I noticed the pearls are always very fresh and chewy. The shop is aesthetically pleasing as there are many photo opportunities and cute cardboard cutouts. Would highly recommend and note it is worth the wait.

Dirtea is delicious! I went after the opening weekend and despite being a Monday this place was really busy which meant a long wait both to order and receive my drink. The dirtea was very nice and I loved how the brown sugar bubbles popped in my mouth. An extensive menu seemed slightly overwhelming but there was suggestions which made choosing easy. I'll definitely go back but maybe if the queues are slightly smaller. Definitely not my usual cup of tea but really cool and worth the visit

Who doesn’t love a cheeky bit o’ Gongers to increase the chances of diabetes, especially when you go for 100% sugar(anything below is a sign of weakness). £5 for the large Pearl Milk Tea is alright, but considering I get this for ~£2 back in the motherland, it does sting a bit. Make sure to get the rewards card that gives you a free drink after 10 purchases.

Feeling tension need a treat? Gongcha is the best place you could ever think of, staff is friendly and drink is awesome, I know they only have quite little table and seats in there well still a good place for a quick catch up with 2-3 friends~but if you are just craving for sweet treats walk in and take away is fine too!

Great service and amazing boba tea. Sadly not something I can have everyday due to it being high in calories. My boba tea connoisseur little sister thinks this is one of the best so far.

I've had a lot of bubble teas across the UK and this is one of the nicest places I tried- plus they have a loyalty card too!

I wouldn't say it's the best bubble tea place, but it's somewhere I'd return to because of some of their menu choices that I can't find in some other places, such as the wintermelon tea. There's not a very large selection when it comes to fruit and milk teas and it's pricier than other bubble tea places for some of their drinks. However, the menu choices are good quality drinks and I would say it's worth checking out Gong Cha to try something new with the flavours on offer. Not somewhere I'd come back to too regularly, but may be an occasional treat for myself when I feel like having something different from my usual bubble tea choices.

I know, I know. This place appears to be packed, the only free time would be somewhat between morning and lunch, but the queue moves really quick! When I visited Gong Cha there were two lines with about 12 people in each, and it must've only took around 7 minutes till I put order. Add another 5-7 minutes and they had everything ready to go. Now I didn't get the milk tea for myself but I was told it was very delicious. Definitely worth the money. The staff is very friendly and cute, the restaurant is kept clean and bright. I definitely recommend to give Gong Cha a try - you won't be disappointed.
