Not being here for years thought we try it and few friends recommended it.yes it's very welcoming and friendly nice and clean prices very reasonable .staff were lovely. Yes me and my friends would definitely return
Great family pub with great atmosphere and superb staff, families are welcome and I would recommend it to anyone.
Hadn't been in for year's but karaoke was on and the lady who does it is fantastic. The bar is well stocked, the choice of beers is really good and they have Boddingtons and Worthingtons on draught both of which are well kept and very nice bitters. The customers I met on both occasions were genuine

New years eve great night staff worked very hard
5 of us went for lunch, great experience, friendly staff and landlady . We all enjoyed our food with a good cup of tea . Opens at 1pm . There's outside seating and a play park for the kiddies . One drawback, no disabled toilet.

I've not been in the pub scene for many years now,opting to stay at home where it's much closer,safer,drier and definitely cheaper to drink than risk the weather and hoodlums on the streets of our once great nation. However I digress the acres had a brilliant atmosphere and was reasonably priced

A friendly, family pub with a beer garden at the back, separate tap and lounge. Music in the lounge at weekends and a car park at the side. Decor looking a little tired but the friendliness makes up for that. Several large screen TVs show all the interesting sports events.

The food is amazing here and the service is quick and so friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Everything is fresh and beautifully cooked. Going back for breakfast next week

It's a good pub, staff friendly locals friendly, if not a bit weird....
This place is an hidden gem...i was told the food was good which is why we went but it was absolutely amazing..complements to the chef...would recommend the roast beef vienna..i actually got one to take home as well

Has a lovely community feel. Family friendly, nice beer garden with children's area, great entertainment, superb pint.
