It's a typical Nero, good coffee, lush food but what takes it up a level is the staff, the gentleman serving made you feel welcome from the moment he spoke to you. His welcoming was so good I let him choose which seasonal addition to the coffee was best. Definitely coming here in the future

The best customer service I've had in years! Lovely staff, great coffee, nice atmosphere. Writing on the inside toilet door only makes the place better. If I lived closer I would be regular.

Visited here simply for drinks and to chill out. The place did look a bit tired and worn down but it was clean. We ordered an Iced Latte and an Iced Belgian Chocolate with Hazelnut (£4.35). Big glass of refreshing and tasty drinks. I enjoyed my iced chocolate drink which wasn't overly sweet. The price was reasonable comparing to nearby (bubble) tea shops in Chinatown. We only saw one staff working (who served us) and he was friendly and patient. It got busy and the place was filled up but we only saw another staff two hours later when she went around to clear the tables. It seemed like they were understaffed. We had good time here and would recommend a visit if you're looking for a place to chill out with drinks.

This cafe is spacious and comfortable, in a convenient location (especially to the National Express coach terminal) and the staff were friendly and efficient. Some of the furniture is very tired and should be replaced and the toilet facility is very limited and could be cleaner, but overall it is recommended. I went there twice in three days in Manchester and would go there again. On fine days the outdoor seating would be good if you can live with the city street noise. Indoors is quite pleasant.

Nice place with friendly staff, the coffee and sweets are excellent and it has its own patio. Only downside is the ridiculous washroom facilities - small and unattended.
