After wandering around the village and stinking next to Alan Turning, this is a great place to get a late morning Covfefe while dodging the rain. Bright and airy, lots of space (with plug sockets) and friendly cafe, you can chat with friends or watch the world go by though the big windows and glass
Lovely quiet cafe, great for working on your laptop. Vegan & gluten free options available, even bread. Nice staff.
Good coffee, decent lunch hot box, halal chicken, not the best/friendliest service (also vegan brownies need some work) but would recommend trying
Lovely food and drinks, a great central location, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Also prices were not bad - £6.50 for eggs royale with perfectly poached eggs - so a great chef too!
Nice English breakfast. Nice coffee. Friendly staff. . Price is fine. Fantastic location. Highly recommended!
It's very nice place for lunch. Grilled chicken salad is delicious! There is a great, relaxed & homely atmosphere!
Quiet nice place for a good breakfast. Nice friendly service, fresh bio food. Sweet and salty food.
Amazing food, one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time, and at a great price. Unbeatable service with a smile, and in my short time here Lewis and Lucy checked in on me several times with the biggest grins. The range of cakes is too good to resist, and Kyle the manager was everywhere on t
The coffee and food tast amazing and the service is outstanding. Try it!!
We met up at Chez last week with some friends over here from Paris and spent a really enjoyable afternoon. Lunch was great all round, I loved my smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel... a simple dish but so often just not done right. The coffee is particularly good ...even our French friends comment
Top quality service and tasty food! The manager Kyle came over to say Hi, welcomes us to his cafe and gave us his recommendations on what to order! The grilled chicken hotbox was not something I would have normally ordered. But I went with the recommendations and I was not disappointed. My complim
Great place for a light meal. We stopped by for breakfast/brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The cafe is in a listed building, which unfortunately makes it inaccessible to wheelchairs, but the shabby chic decor is certainly enticing. Would recommend the brioche with fruit and nuts!
Great service and relaxing atmosphere. The quality of food is always excellent when I visit. We had salmon bagel and a chicken/basil baguette warmed up for lunch-recommended. I was too late to get the breakfast bagel so must drop earlier to try this.
Ich hatte nur eine große Tasse Tee, die war lecker, Staff sehr freundlich und es gibt neben Steckdosen auch USB Ports. (Translated by Google) I only had a large cup of tea, which was delicious, the staff was very friendly and there are USB ports as well as power sockets.
Great service, and a cool space. Coffee was v. Good. Some improvement possible on the food - my muffin (on eggs Benedict) was untoasted and cold, and egg was overdone (no runny yolk). Taste was good though. I’ll come again, with more specific directions on ordering.
Nice place to relax and have a coffee which is great tasting and generous in proportion. I like just chilling out here - doing a bit of work and watching the tourists visit the Turing statue in Sackville Gardens. Food here is nicely presented and tasty although sometimes the service can be a little
