I love going to Subways and usually I spend either of my weekends there, I love the new Vegan Sub. Its absolutely crunchy and the spinach in it makes it tastier.I like their points of sub points as well however, to gain points is quite a slower process. Nonetheless, Vegan sub takes my heart!
Yayy I was so happy to see my favourite eatery .thanks to my pure vegetarian colleagues who introduced me to Subway.. now I have got likings for it.for its bread with so many toppings, garnishing ,tasters.it offers a good option for travellers who can pack and eat at own convenience.also to eat there too..drinks are good too..easy and simple option

I recently visited the Subway at Piccadilly gardens, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by two outstanding employees, Kristen and David. From the moment I walked in, Kristen greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu, patience in explaining the options, and her recommendations were spot-on, enhancing my dining experience.
David also went above and beyond in ensuring my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency exhibited by [him/her/them] were remarkable. It’s clear that both Kristen and David take great pride in their work, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident.
The quality of food was excellent, but it was the exceptional customer service that truly set this visit apart. It’s employees like Kristen and David who make customers look forward to coming back. I just wanted to express my gratitude and commend them for their outstanding service. They are a great asset to the Subway team, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.

Staff especially clare were extremely thorough and helpful. She Asked if i wanted her to change her gloves when making my veggie sandwich. Which other stores don’t do and it feels like an inconvenience to them when I’ve asked. Staff couldn’t do more for another gentleman who was in wheelchair. Which was lovely to see.
Maria was super nice and friendly!! Just back in town after four years, been craving for big beef melt which was no longer on the menu any more :( but Maria introduce me to try the garlic cheese steak which is soooooo delicious!! Thanks for the recommendation and the service, Maria!! Really appreciate
We come here every now and then but it’s always a great experience. The manager Maria is lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Staff were patient with me when my card didn't work and kept my sandwich to the side whilst I bobbed to work to get an alternative payment. Lass that served me changed gloves when I ordered a vegan sandwich and asked if I wanted a meal deal with a fresh cookie.
The staff were super friendly.

Great place full of hard working people who get the job done no matter how busy it is. Special mention for ali sultan who is on it serving quickly and efficiently at all times.

I was served by manager and was used gloves to serve a man before me who ordered with ham pepperoni etc. The lady didnt even hesitate to change the thin plastic gloves which is meant to be just single use!
Though I am vegetarian so i didnt like it!

Never had a better subway… he’s called billy. He’s got red hair and he stacks a subway like NOBODY’S business. If subway corporate are reading I hope to god this man is playing a major part in the subway franchise within the next 5 years. He’s killing it. He will lead by example. Promote him - love to you all 💪
Staff are all friendly and helpful. Maria was amazing with my Sons fussy orders, we go to alot of subways and this one is up there as one of the best. Thankyou
I was served by Maria today, brilliant, she was perfect, everything went so easy and she was extremely helpful, she was kind, funny and spoke extremely clearly which is extremely important for a job like this

Even though the weather has turned wet, cold and windy and there's so many other Subways we could go to much closer to where we live, we still walk all the way from Salford to Manchester almost daily to go to our favourite Subway!
It's the superb staff which make this branch so special! The fabulous Manager Maria and her incredible, hardworking, friendly team of sandwich artists - Maria, Claire, Tasha, John, Billy, Jack, Kristen, Paul, David (and the rest of the crew - sorry we don't know your names yet!). Always going above and beyond what's expected of them.
Just seeing how busy it's getting by the day isn't surprising at all - it's well-deserved and the staff are still all smiles! Four years since discovering this Subway, the Piccadilly 59A branch has become our 2nd home!
