Amazing service! My husband and I came in last week and all the members of staff were so helpful. They allowed us to try new deserts and we went back today for even more!! The knafah is delicious and very moreish. I’d recommend getting some of the other treats that they have on offer too. Any time we are in Manchester we will definitely be back.

Mr. Knafah is an outstanding sweets and pastries outlet. They offer the widest selections of Syrian sweets with exceptional taste and freshness. All of that comes with an extremely friendly customer care. I definitely recommend it. I also urge them to maintain the quality they are known for.
Great knafa but i really request the management to give up plastic cutlery. Also the area around them is full of trash originating from the Knafa place. I think if they put a placard asking their customers to be a bit more conscious of their neighbourhood.
Bought some Knafah and a couple of other bits. Went down a treat. Hot, fresh, crunchy what's not to like? Only downside, it's not gluten free. But the family enjoyed it!
The butter Ghee very good better than in London, travelling from London every time I need to bought from them, so tasty wd incredible smells it’s really pure Butter Ghee, nice and friendly staff wd hospitality and manners, recommend 4 everyone ♥️
I had the BEST kunafa in the UK here!! Its a must try. We were hosted by cream baklava (or something similar i cant remember what its called) which tasted like a baklava cheesecake definitely having it on my next visit! Thank you 🤍🤍🤍
Very good authentic food. Baklava is very good quality and crispy. It is not soggy like alot of other places. Staff is very friendly.

Unique desserts in Manchester high quality friendly staff as well as external sessions that suggest that you are in one of the Middle East countries a beautiful environment I think I will come back to them again I advise you to try it
This knafeh is life changing. After i first tried this knafeh i sat down in my room for 3 weeks straight thinking about its perfection and its beauty. Great friendly service. Freshly made Knafah, tastes fantastic! Can get really busy. While we were there, there were 3 of us in the queue and about 5 minutes later there were about 10 people. So you'll need to be patient.
Really friendly owner, who's quick to sort any issues. Order wasn't fully fulfilled but owner sorted it out swiftly which is why the 5star review. My reaction wasn't the greatest but I was met with proper respect and he was very apologetic. My husband used to bring me treats from here all the time before we got married and I enjoyed them all and still do. All the staff are really friendly and they know who we are now, I find this place is really friendly with their customers which is nice.
