I have to give a 5* rate because i left with a smile on my face and the staff was really helpful. So I ordered a strawberry and cream frappe and the till lady was very nice, but unfortunately someone had taken my drink by mistake thinking it was their strawberry refresha. It was busy then and I absolutely got the frustration on the baristas face when she had to redoo my drink again (im a barista myself so i know what is like). I think her name is SHI , lightskin girl with curls. She didn't just made my drink again, she made it in a bigger cup and gave it to me personally, and also gave me a card with a free drink for next time. Really appreciate the hard work on yesterdays team. Thank you all 👏🏾☺️

Friendly awsome staff at this branch. Nice and quiet when we visited which is good as had my SEN child with me the server told me of offers available and asked if I needed anything else to go with my drink I chose 1 of your amazing chocolate shortbread 🤤🤤 tastes amazing but not good for my figure but you need a treat now and again else life be pretty boring 🤣🤣.
always nothing but good customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are unsure about any drinks they will help you to find your desired drink. Diana especially always puts extra effort with every customer, always smiling and happy, she is a true diamond.
went here for a quick coffee before work, and can i just say all the city centre stores are just amazing- was served by a young girl fiza i believe her name was, made my drink very efficiently and with a smile! felt very appreciated. new coffee spot!

Wow! Cisterns service from Ben was exemplary. As it's mainly upstairs seating we were presuming we would have to take out due to not being able to manage the stairs (myself with mobility issues and having a small child with a pram) There was a small seating area near the window that was cordoned off. Ben sorted it so that we could sit there and brought our drinks out to us. This is a perfect example of service with a smile. The world needs more people like him

Accessible, but the doors seem to no longer be automated so they're harder to open from outside, and there's almost no seating downstairs anymore, thanks to COVID measures. Staff are friendly and helpful, condiments wheelchair-height, and the food and drinks well made.
