Literally only took 15 minutes to renew my Romanian passport. So so impressed with the speed. Staff very polite but beware they only accept cash as payment and do not provide passport envelopes to post it home for you!
I don't know how everyone else's experience with them was, but mine and my wife's was very positive. They moved fast even though we were late at our appointment, the lady who helped us was kind and professional. We stood there for a total of 30 minutes maximum to renew our passports. Great job!

Had my children's passport renewal. I am Romanian myself and know how the system can be so I took extra documents with me just in case (eg marriage certificate) and indeed I was asked for it. I also took cash....just in case and again I was told cash only. Really friendly staff, waiting time no more
