Good drinking place with lovely terrace
Great venue to come for a few drinks never eaten here. Good terrace at the top, real sun trap. Come here frequently would highly recommend it.
I'd never been in the evening but it was a great vibe. Friendly people and staff.

Had a really fun night here. Good atmosphere with a nice crowd and good music. Cocktails were nice and a cool range of beers too. I liked the shindigger session!
We were next door and really didn’t rate it, glad we came here. The staff were amazing. Toilets also very cool with all the tags.

September 2022: another day, another visit. This time with Archibald! Noticed the inside outside area, which we must have missed this Summer. Looks fantastic. Terrace NQ as usual has a great beer and craft ale selection. We went for Vocation; Sunset Overdrive Piña Colada sour, 5.5% and Vocation; Bread & Butter dry hopped ale, 3.9%
Great decor & ambience, good choice of beers and quite popular so expect to queue at the bar. One of the more stylish establishments of Manchesters Northen Quarter.
I love this place! Compared to the other gentrified overpriced hipster bars and pubs that line the streets of the Northern Quarter, this one really stands out.
Staff are always friendly and laid back, great people. The rooftop is gorgeous and has amazing atmosphere. The drinks are gorgeous especially the cocktails and above all else are super reasonably priced, especially compared to nearby venues. Relaxed, scenic and a good time. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re in the area.
Night out ‘for a few drinks’ turned out to be a great night out.
They had an amazing Dj Ronin that gave back to back, diverse hits for most music tastes.
Cocktails were blehhh (tried 3 different ones) - hence 3 stars for food
But staff were quite sharp and good.
Would def be back

Banging Tunes , old school R&B. Drink prices competitive and good dance floor. Toilets are a bit of a let down though, definitely need checking throughout the night.
Had a great time here on a Saturday afternoon. Good drinks and amazing music. Busy place but loads of staff, would recommend.
When the weather is good then roof top terrace is a great spot to spend a few hours. Beer selection is good.

Upstairs and outdoors in the Northern Quarter - a real gem with unique outdoor feeling in the middle of the city. At night it reminded me of dark evenings in florida but without the depressing humidity.
There is a bar upstairs in the terrace so you don't have to go down to get drinks and the staff were lovely, really helpful with the drinks as we descended into drunkenness- eventually leaving at around 0300 in the morning.
Would like to thank the door staff for being very accommodating for my friend who has a disability. I was expecting a hard no but they were super cool about it and made arrangements to provide disabled access. Great customer service during a very busy Saturday night. Oh and always bring ID!!
