Yummy Korean meal.
We looked through the window and decided to give this a go. Food was good as was the service. We went early. It seemed to get really busy as we finished!
Great Korean experience! Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. With a drizzle outside and chilly breeze blowing you will definitely find the taste of the food fitting to the climate. The place is small but they have decorated the interior really good. The decor is very nice with traditional Korean lantern type light fittings.
Had one of my all time favourite hot and spicy seafood udon noodles. Decided to order the same but with rice. Welcome change but where's the seafood? Exact dish was called soft silky bean curd (tofu to you and me) with spicy seafood and rice. Anyway, can't fault the taste and the service was efficient as always.
Dak mo rea jim – stir fried chicken gizzard. Great dish – all about the texture… like chewy, crunchy whelks.
Very nice place and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Situated in the heart of the city centre it’s easy to get to with a cosy feel inside. I like Korean food but on this occasion I thought I’d try something different which I shouldn’t have. In typical fashion my Mrs picked something way nicer than mine and I enjoyed eating her dish instead. Not the restaurants fault but me being too adventurous and picked the wrong dish which was still nice in flavour but too bland for me. Over all the food and the place is nice and would recommend as I will be trying again as I enjoyed watching the K-pop videos too
The service was pleasant and attentive, we arrived for lunch so you were able to get the menu. I had pork ribs in a slightly spicy sauce, the taste was excellent and the sauce went well with it but there was very little meat on the bone. That was a bit disappointing. My friend was happy with her beef.
Been dinning here more than 7 years and they still make the best seafood pancake! Food is top quality! Highly recommended!
Yet another great way to spend a night especially as a group or a fun date night. This is an easy meal for conversation and entertainment as you're always doing something and fun can be had with little to no effort.
The staff helped us figure what to go for we went for the mixed platter so we got lots of different dishes to cook on the grill plus soup and pancake. We got some traditional Korean wine which was a nice choice. The meal itself was great and a fun experience. We both loved the marinated meats plus the spring onions.
If you don't want to cook yourself you can order and they will sort it all out for you.
So happy to finally go and will return once back in Manchester again.
I went as a solo diner, and even though it was busy, I was made to feel welcome. The food was really tasty and I'd definitely return.
& on a side note: I accidentally left my purse at the restaurant, and when I went back the next day, it was returned to me as I'd left it. It's so nice that there's honest people left in the world.
Staff were incredibly lovely as it was our first time doing Korean bbq. Food was delicious and it was a great date idea.
Very nice food. Can work out quite expensive so choose carefully.
Always a winner though.
Reasonable price and big portion compared to others! Food tastes also good 👍👍
Been here so many times in my lunch break, got very nice lunch menu and for bbq you could ask the kitchen cooked for you save you for smell smoky 😂 nice staff. We have big appetite so always between £60 to £80 for 2 to have plenty food 🍱
Face opposite to St Peter Square Metrolink. Very convenient located and easy to spot. A couple of choices for lunch set. The soup comes with the lunch set. Spinach needed extra order and was treated for two other side dishes. The beef rice set is kinda of Korean source taste. However, as lunch set, it was warm enough for the rice. It wasn’t the best in the city but still can give a trial.
Ordered a take away via uber for here, got the rib soup, seafood rice and beef and veg rice. Very tasty however be warned that the rice dishes are very hot! You could always ask them to put less spice in. The rib soup came with rice which was nice.
Absolutely love the food here! Never had a bad meal here. I strongly recommend you try these 2 meals in the pictures below. They are the bulgogi (beef) and mushroom dolsot bibimbap (rice with vegetables and chilli sauce).
Authentic Korean dishes can be found here. I gave 5 out of 5 for its food quality. The staff here are very friendly. I do think the staff I met are real Korean people. I gave 5 out of 5 for its service. I gave the environment 4 out of 5. Food recommended: Korean style fried chicken (sweet and a bit spicy) and zha jang mein(noodles).
