Was knackered after work, encountered Andrew who pointed out the charging port, delivered good customer service and was a great help. I will definitely be coming back when I can.
The best gingerbread hot chocolate and even better service from Andrew, always smiling! Great energy all the time. It was a pleasure.

Great coffee, great service. Been served by Mimo and care she has put into the service, was hard to get unnoticed. Facilities been clean and well established. Would recommend to everyone whom is passing trough Piccadilly station.

While I was waiting for my train, I tried a large drink here and wanted to charge my phone. I liked the drink and the staff was very friendly. But none of the sockets I found worked and the sofas were dirty. Which made me very sad

Andrew is a 5 star employee, every time I visit he is full of energy, smiling, and super friendly. He also makes an effort to address you by name. Credit to your branch in the station! (The other staff are also super friendly!)

Good environment, pretty much what you would expect but the staff there is awesome Especially the employee who served me my coffee she had an awesome smile and was very friendly.
Zaweba customer service was Amazing. She prepared my Hot drink quickly and it was very nice. She was so kind and friendly. Visit again and recommend.
Andrew was very friendly and nice and got the queue down really quick, which meant I had a white mocha and made my train in good timing :)
