There were no Avocado and Tomato baguettes when was in first thing this morning and the staff went out of there way to immediately give me a free drink and have one made up straight away. As a vegan who had travelled in early for a course, this service together with the happy atmosphere was extremely welcomed. I have shared it in my local vegan community and we are all so happy that you show this consideration. Congratulations. Hope to be back soon.
Brilliant atmosphere when I first walk in very busy place and a good number of staff on especially a Scottish guy with glasses on he makes everybody feel so welcome it's definitely a place I would come back to

Popped in here today for breakfast with my colleagues on the way to an all day meeting for work. We had travelled from Scotland. Excellent service and great banter from the staff! I promise to bring sliced sausage if I am down again....
Good service and good quality food.
I am a person who vows never to go into ' Pret A Manger ' or similar eateries usually as I have always thought the food looks very plastic and the prices too high. However , whilst in Manchester we decided to give it a try as our hunger was very persuasive. I have to say I was impressed with the food and the prices were quite acceptable. I have now revised my opinion of ' Pret A Manger ' and I will certainly consider eating in one of there outlets again.
Love my morning hot chocolate with oat milk from pret every morning. Breakfast, lunch they got you covered. Amazing food and drinks. Would so recommend good quality at a reasonable price 👌
i normally go to deansgate and arndale but theyre too bz to engage with people.but today i came here for a change due to baby getting bored. i had a very nice welcome:). manager (man with glasses)was so nice esp to my daughter(played peek a boo and gave cookies) i think i will come here everyday now;) amazing area, amazing people, great coffee as always
Coffee was very nice which can be expected of a pret. Didn't have to queue for long but it did get more busy at 4:30ish when workers were leaving the offices in the hardman sq area. They have lots of coffee options including decaff and plant based milks. They also still had a decent selection of food in the afternoon when I went. Overall really nice, would go again.
Good place for quick coffee. Friendly staff in this busy coffee shop. It has upstairs and outside seating.

This is my local Pret so I visit almost everyday. The staff are so kind and friendly, especially James, jack and the manager! They take the time to remember your drink ect, and every time coming in is a pleasure. Upstairs is great if you want some peace, and always nice and clean.

Good offer with the subscription although it makes the wait time a little longer than it normally would be. Lovely drinks and food and nice clean place to sit, especially in comparison to other coffee places around.
Staff absolutely make the place. Nothing is ever too much and they are always so friendly every time you go in
plenty of seating including upper level and outdoor.
Best fast good coffe in this area. If you see tall beard guy you can be shure you get your coffe fast

Had lunch here twice in the last few days. There is never a queue as they have plenty of staff. The sandwiches are nice and the coffees made quickly and taste pretty good. The staff are really friendly and ask how you are which is unusually nice. Will be back in tomorrow.
Went there for coffee with a friend during rush hour. Unfortunately, we didn't try anything else, but there seemed to be a lot of food on display. The place was packed and everyone was very loud. They had to be because no one could be heard over the din. The coffee was good, though, and the servers were pretty quick.
