So my first time visiting a Five Guys restaurant and I had always wanted to try the experience. The restaurant looked clean and busy, so a good start. Chose the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was good to be able to decide what I wanted on it without a staff member rolling their eyes - yes McDonald’s your staff do that. Had the Five Guys Fries and a Soda - with a constant refill 😁
The staff member who served me was friendly and very professional. But the price guys, £18.15 for burger, fries and a drink 😱
After a short wait my order was shouted out and I collected my bag of food. I have to say I was surprised by the amount of fries I had, absolutely loads of them, and they tasted lush. Is it bad to complain about having too many? The burger came wrapped in a foil and upon opening it I was impressed by the quality. It looked and smelt great, and the taste was amazing. Quality ingredients, juicy patties, fresh salad and cheese that didn’t stick everywhere. And after that meal I was absolutely stuffed. The only reason I’m giving it 4stars is the price, the food though was top rated and fabulous.
Gorgeous food, burgers are huge, you can add any of the fillings that you want or just have a simple burger, they are wrapped in foil to retain the heat. Large size fries are easily enough for 2 people. The shakes are to die for, you can mix flavours together and then top it off with a huge swirl of cream...scrumptious

Good to eat here! This was my first time eating at 5 Guys and it wasn't bad. I had a little burger with peppers and grilled onions with ketchup. Gotta say I was very impressed to be able to have all my favourite things on a nice burger. We had Cajun fries and they were unbelievable. Drinks, you can have such a wide selection of flavour and mixes and they are bottomless. How can you not love that. Just the drink cups were just a little too big for my liking.
Also, my boyfriend had bacon hamburger which he paid for nearly twice the price of mine and all you got extra was a patty. No difference in size of the bun or anything. I would maybe just buy two small ones as you will get more for your money. Other than that everything was amazing. Clean place, nice staff and great service!
The staff were so lovely and had a lot of time for us explaining what we could put in our milkshakes. Everyone was smiling and happy. Service with a smile is rare but they do it here. Lovely. 👍😃
Joel was amazing. He was extremely helpful and informative about items available and recommendations.
The food was tasty and hot, we got 2 burgers, 1 portion of salted chips and 2 milkshakes made to order. All went down a treat!

The burger I had here was one of the best I had recently in any restaurant. The staff was helpful and quick. The place was clean the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again during my next trip to Arndale. This is always better place to eat than McDonald's or KFCs.
The experience at Five Guys was awesome. Right from my order being taken to when I took the last bite of the Hamburger and Milkshake I ordered, it was a customer's delight.
I will recommend anyone getting the fries to get the"little" option if it's just you and everyone if with someone. Besides that, every bite is a promise kept. Above all, I love the attention to details of the team at Five Guys!
I can’t put into words how much I adore this place🫠Regardless of price this place is quality and the fries are too die for!!! Only downside is I have to travel for this mouth watering experience… might be for the best because if I went everyday I would be happily fat and incredibly poor… Bacon double burgers 🍔 oooohhhh yeeeaaahhhh
A generic five guys with same standard of service. food was hot and fresh and staff were helpful nothing negative to note. I will visit again when shopping in the Arndale
My first experience of five guys, and it's exceeded my burger expectations! Even better still, the staff here were very friendly and heightened our visit wonderfully. But, the burger; very very tasty, super moist and perfectly packed. The chips were really tasty, especially when dunked into Five Guys Mayo!!
How can I start? When I found out about this place I was in Madrid, they were building a Five Guys Restaurant there, and my friend told me it was Obama's favourite burger, I thought "that's a must" for me then. So, one week later I came to Manchester and saw these big giants letters like they were inviting me to get in! I just loved it! I love their fast system when ordering your burger, you can have as many fillings as you like, I loved the fact you can see how is your burger done and its amazing taste, there is also a good track for me, you have free cokes refill with modern machines! Don't forget the fries! Absolutely awesome. Five Stars for Five Guys.
Great place! Amazing food! It's a little bit pricy but I mean you get the quality! Would definitely recommend above all if you like quality burgers and fries
Good food, but significantly overpriced.
Best burger in town, and The food was ready faster than McD. We are comming back! Perfect when you are in a rush or if you want a sit down dinner.Although the restaurant was hectic, it took 25 minutes just to pee and the staff couldn't clean as fast as people were making rubbish, it didn't detract form the experience.
The chips are HEAVEN. The burgers are melt in the mouth and the refillable drinks are just awesome.
Not cheap mind - 2 of us was £30 but worth every penny. I would go back.
Its fast food but better....
Lovely food. Not too long a wait as it was very busy. Delicious milk shake! Juicy burger, very tasty x
