The pies were excellent. There are vegetarian pies. Plenty of custard for the dessert! The staff were friendly. The place was clean. There is no dedicated parking, but it was easy enough to find a place on a side street. Great Sunday lunch - looking forward to my next visit!
Great tasting pie. Had the beef and blue cheese. Portions are very filling and there’s two good Thornbridge beers on tap. Not sure why they changed their name to something so overly convoluted, but Lord of the Pies, as I will continue to call it, is a great place to eat. The food is absolutely lovely, and I love the principle of 'good pie, good beer'. Its all you need! It's also well worth nipping in for a takeaway pie
Really tasty pie and mash place. Serves beer on tap too which was expected! They have a deal where you get a pint included with your food for about £11 which is good value. It was perfect for us after a long walk on a cold winter's day. I'd Definitely go again

Fantastic food. The vegan pie was delicious and it's well underpriced for the quality of the food! Plus they do take out in case you fancy taking any extra pies home with you :-)

Pie heaven with some great beer.
The pies and mash are delicious. The only downside is that there isn't any variety in veg, only mushy peas and red cabbage. But very reasonable prices.

So good. I had the cheese and onion pie and the cheesy mash. It sounds like a lot of cheese but I don't regret it for a second. Highly recommend.
Great welcome, lovely setting not to big and most definitely clean. Food was hot fresh and really good value. Second visit and defo going back.
