Despite a very last minute reservation on an unusually busy Sunday night due to ManChester City vs. Arsenal over Easter weekend the maitre d’ was able to accommodate us. Food and service were excellent. Loved the atmosphere and the cocktails were great. Great place for a night out.
Pleasantly surprised, I had the Steak & Chips and it was rather decent, and a big portion.
However the onion rings were terrible, they were mostly batter with little to no onion present.
Can’t fault the breakfasts, top quality stuff. No beans on the fry up which I appreciate. Saves the awkwardness of having to ask for no beans.

They do not sell pints be warned my friends!!! Lol... They sell a schooner a 2/3rd pint ...okay ... £4.80 for 2/3rd of Heineken make your own minds up on that I suppose.
My fait lady said the house white was ok. The round was sub £14. Doubt I will return.

I had a beer, salad and a sticky toffee pudding for £25-30. The food was good and our server was lovely. Slightly overpriced but overall good. Portions were fairly small however
just had a quick dinner before watching musical BODYGUARD. The prawn cocktail is delighting, and the ribeye is good.
Was a few years ago I came but you were only serving scooners or however you spell it, nobody in Manchester wants 2/3 of a pint. Nice atmosphere though felt like someone famous might walk in any minute

had a lunch meeting here , staff were amazing and when heard my colleague has a shellfish allergy was overwhelming to be careful.
food was amazing we started with humas nibble to dhare , bread was warm and humas was good .
i had steak and mc and cheese , my friend had fish and salad it was big portions and real tasty.

We had the Mal afternoon tea. We had a great booth table by the window. A great box selection of teas presented us on the table. The selection of savoury and sweets were fantastic. The scones were served warm with a generous dollop of jam and clotted cream. Altogether the food tasted superb. The best afternoon we've had!
I went with friends two nights in a row. First night, started with a negroni, seared tuna and sticky toffee pudding - all excellent. We sat near the kitchen, so we saw these delicious looking burgers being made.
The second night started with a Daiquiri and the burger - again everything was excellant.
We had the same table and server both nights, and the service was consistent. I agree with other comments that timing was a bit odd, but service was pleasant.
