Bloody love this place. Best bar in Chorlton, hands down
This is a great small pub. When we went it was not too busy, the guy behind the bar was very friendly and everyone seemed to get along with each other. There is a good selection of beer and I soon settled on a favourite (Though I couldn't tell you what it was!) If the idea of small independent frien
Great bar. The smoking area and back area is superb. A wide rang of whiskeys and drinks. Easily the best bar in chorlton. Food is reasonably priced. Great for a few quick drinks or an all day session. Highly recommended.
Interesting newish bar in an under-pubbed part of Chorlton. Far more spacious inside than it at first seems. The front room including the bar then leads on to a larger rear room with TV. The decor is rustic with bare filament bulbs mixing with a corrugated iron-fronted bar. Friendly welcome and a go
Cracking selection of beers, great atmosphere. Small bar and quite tight, meaning it can be a real effort both getting to the seating area at the back of the bar, and getting served, but that's a necessary evil in all popular places. Looks like they do querky alternative quiz nights on weekdays whi
My husband was lucky enough to win a meal for two voucher (£30) at the Cask & Kiln on a tombola in Chorlton two Saturdays ago. Last Saturday we had lunch there and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The staff were really welcoming and we decided on an early lunch before football was on the TV.
Great bar in Chorlton next to the precinct opposite the Co-op. Vast array of single malts and good selection of draught beers. The Pilsner is a good choice. Outside area at the front to watch the bearded folk of Chorlton pass by. Also a beer garden at the rear but nothing much to see there. Pool tab
Fantastic selection of whiskeys with great staff and excellent atmosphere. They even have a well stocked humidor and provide whiskey/cigar pairings. Nothing like this in the Manchaster area
Cosy little bar with well kept beer.
Good decor, with the 1970s chopper bike suspended from the ceiling of the back room being a particular talking point. Cosy lighting. Nice use of what looks like reclaimed wood on one of the walls. Excellent choice of spirits, with the extensive rum selection being a very pleasant surprise. Downside:
