Came with my family for a meal and I must say that this is definitely one of the best places I have eaten at in Manchester and would highly recommend this to anyone.
Booked table for 19 people and even thou we were running late they kept hold of our table. Welcomed to our table by staff and from there on we were looked after by a gentleman called Zubair who gave us a 5 star service. Food was spot on and we were all looked after very well by Zubair. Definitely recommend Bukhara to anyone who's looking for a nice place to go out for meal with the family.
Great hospitality. 11 of us seated straight away. The restaurant has been renovated from the old Safron to a high standard. Really good ambience, quality food as always and service was on point. Was shown around the function venue which looks superb. In my opinion money has been well spent and definitely recommend.
Good food, Nice venue and great service what else can you ask for.
I would highly recommend this place and encourage everybody to give Bukhara a try. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing!!! Been there twice now and loved it both times. Everything about the restaurant is great... That includes decor, staff and food. Btw order the roast lamb... It is the best lamb I have ever tasted and well worth ordering in advance!
Very pleased the restaurant looks amazing clean and tidy. Buffet food was really good variety of food was also good. Well customer service. Family and i enjoyed the meal one of the nicest restaurant been to. Well worth going to.
Attended a birthday party. Loved the atmosphere there. Friendly staff, very clean & spotless everywhere, room felt spacious but a bit hot. Food delicious with a wide variety.
Amazing Food, Amazing Service, Was welcomed by a young gentleman named Jamal who provided 5 Star Quality Service, the food was great with a wide variety. First time trying this restaurant as I am not from Manchester and left a great lasting impression.
I those who have given this place a some rubbish reviews need to go eat with the queen I'm sure you will probably have somthing to complain about. I had my mehndi here many years ago and the staff and management where very accommodating... the food was lovely and the buffet and stage where cleared for all the partying and dancing... we still visit the the place for its amazing stake... I've had grill food and stake from the likes of sizzling pallet to places in Birmingham and London. ..find me a place that does a beaf special better than saffron...you won't. .. I can only imagin those who have somthing bad to say about this place is another restaurant trying to leave a rubbish on here... I would highly recommend this place don't knock it till you try it.

A really nice restaurant, well decorated inside with a good setup for its buffet (very comfortable seating arrangements).
We went on a quite night during the weekday, and it was comfortable to manage, but can imagine it being quite difficult during busier periods as the buffet station is in a small area.
We gave 24hrs notice and ordered the lamb leg, which is slow cooked. It was by far the best lamb I've ever tasted. A homely taste, which I've never experienced in a restaurant before. There are plenty other options available, which I'd be interested in trying in the future.
We also had the buffet, there is a good selection of food from starters right through to dessert.
Limited parking is available at the back, alternatively there is plenty on-street parking.
I have visited one of the nicest restaurants of Manchester. I loved the way they cook there speciality chilman Biryani. Next time I will on for lamb leg have to order it a day before. Highly recommended.

Had a great time with fam on one of our last iftars this year.
We were a Large group consisting of adults and children. The venue were very accommodating. Facilities were great. Toilets clean and included an area for baby changing. Most importantly the food was amazing!!! So much so I had to write a review. Hats off to the chef, every dish had its own unique taste and flavour. The lamb starter just melted in your mouth. Will definitely be returning.

I have been to Bukhara 5 times in 2 months after being taken by one of the friend for the first time. I never leave the opportunity of recommending this place to other friends. The food is awesome and very economical. This is one of the best restaurants which I liked everything. Ambience, staff, food and everything. Only thing to remember is they become a bit busy on weekends, so better to book in advance. Another thing they also have a party hall which is decorated very beautifully.
I came here just for the rice from seeing a picture and i have to say it was worth the visit. We arrived at peak time with no reservations but were seated right away. From the inset staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Menu has alot of good choices .i tried the mango salad too as recommend and enjoyed it. Venue clean not over cramped like some places. There is some parking at the back. Can also be used for weddings/parties for around 600 as it said on a poster. I would recommend giving it a try. I will be returning
Nice ambience although we were seated in a dark area that could do with lighting.
Fresh mint lemonade is very nice.
Very tasty food with a good selection, the naan breads are freshly made only criticism is the lack of choice if desserts other than that I'd recommend for a quality buffet meal.
Excellent food, very tasty and the chefs will cater to your taste, staff are very polite and accommodating they did all they could to make our visit special. Went with the whole family, and all were happy and loved the food. Lovely environment and a very pleasant dining experience. Will definitely go again.
Nice food, helpful staff well worth the price you pay. Not a lot of variety but what they do have tastes really good.
