Absolutely loved our Christmas dinner at the Foundry! The tomato and basil soup starter and the festive burger were both incredibly impressive. The soup is so delicious (I need that recipe!), and the service was excellent. Plus, we didn't feel rushed at all, unlike some other places.
Dined here prior to a gig at the Arena, wish we'd been able to stay for the evening! Food was absolutely delicious (Dirty Chicken Katsu Fries & a Dirty Burger), waiting on staff friendly and helpful, relaxed atmosphere, great live music, and BOGOF on cocktails! Will definitely be returning.
NB If you've booked a table, try to grab a member of staff rather than waiting at the desk or bar...the only negative to our visit, as there were only 2 bar staff serving, and a busy bar area plus no-one on the desk....we wandered round to the dining area and found a staff member setting out reserved signs, who promptly found our table.
Kath our server was so friendly and attentive 🍺 we got our money’s worth of booze for sure! For £36 you get a choice of brunch meal - I went for the avocado 🥑 and sourdough which was lovely but you could also get a breakfast burger 🍔
One of my fave places in the northern quarter for a drink with friends. Staff are super helpful. I was there Thursday and left a shopping bag. Elliot spotted it and came out to give it to me as I was waiting outside.
Food is good and menu varied though we did not eat on this occasion. Love their selection of gins and the cocktails are good too. Fresh mixed rather than pre mixed.
Went with a friend for bottomless brunch, and food choices are basic, though nice. Service and drinks were excellent I would highly recommend it. Atmosphere was fun and sociable with a DJ . Would definitely go again.
Food excellent, service not too bad had to wait slightly. Don't necessarily stand at the front desk to be seen, go to the bar or catch a member of staff. Have cocktails and 2for1 but make sure you read the small print only the * cocktails are 2for1.
Phoebe served our bottomless brunch for a birthday, she was a lovely waitress, very polite and attentive. Asked for a couple of extra things which were beyond expected service. Lovely down to earth girl, will deffo be back soon!

Always great to come to The Foundry Project in Manchester - the staff are lovely, helpful, and attentive. Our latest server was Elliott, and he was great. The food portions were very generous, so it's very good value for money.
We'll definitely visit again.
We had the most amazing experience at Bottomless Brunch for my boyfriend’s birthday. We were a big group of almost 20 but service was wonderful, food was great and the drinks were amazing! Big shout out to our waitress Em-J as she really went the extra mile for us and made the experience 10 times better!

Food was lovely, really tasty and just the right amount. I think it would be nice if perhaps there were more lunch time options for when you dine later in the day for bottomless brunch but couldn't fault the food. The staff were all lovely and very attentive, they were quick to make sure we were OK and Emilia in particular was great.
Fabulous place with a lovely atmosphere. We were a small group celebrating our friend's birthday by having the bottomless lunch on a very busy Saturday afternoon, but the set up was perfect and we were never without a drink. Compliments to the kitchen team too because the food was amazing, and I can't do a review without mentioning our host Frankie who was just the best. He was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On hearing we had a birthday girl he brought her a lovely celebratory cocktail too. We'll definitely be back.
If it wasn’t for me arranging this event, I wouldn’t have even looked at twice at foundry. It was my first big event and from people managing the room hire (Jonny) to staff who were there on the evening, they were all absolutely amazing. The food quality was great too. When I got home, first thing I said to my partner is we need to go back there! Thank you so much.
We hosted a business networking event for c65 people, and the support we recieved from Jonny, the events manager, both before and during the event was exceptional - I'd highly recommend the Foundry Project for any event you're looking to hold!
The rest of the team were also fantastic on the evening, and the food was DELICIOUS!
1 star missing for service as the food came out slightly slower than expected, but this didn't take away from everyone having a great night overall :)
