Excellent wine and food. The vegetable platter with one choice if cheese was amazing! All the staff are wonderful and very positive and welcoming! We have been here twice and will not stop coming. Great job !

Attended a function there. Very good food, longest wine list since I visited le Tour d'Argent (Paris, then the best restaurant in France) over thirty years ago, if a bit expensive. Superb service. A bit cramped, so we had to sit outside, but still very pleasant .

What a gem of a place in the heart of west Didsbury on burton road.
I am a regular 2-3 times a week and wouldn’t change this place for the world.

Cool little bar in West Didsbury. All based around the concept of sampling different wines at your leisure.
We ate there and had the tasting menu, 3 delicious courses each paired with a 50ml glass of wine. We paid the £5 extra to get the larger measure of wine, well worth it.

Fantastic place with an interesting selection of wines by the glass or bottle. Also the food is delicious and a mix of small plates make for a good meal. The owners and staff are always friendly and welcoming.

This is a great restaurant which we've visited many times. We love the atmosphere, choice of wines and fantastic food. The staff are excellent.....very polite and helpful. SIP is situated in the heart of trendy West Didsbury and we can't wait to go back. We highly recommend it.
Sip is lovely. Great atmosphere and very attentive staff. One thing I would change though: please offer more vegan food options and a vegan tasting menu. It seems quite odd to offer vegan wines on the vegetarian tasting menu, but then serve it with cheese heavy dishes. It would be great to see more
