Cocktail Beer Ramen + Bun - Manchester - Photo album

Okay, the food here? Absolutely sensational. That ramen was easily the best I've had in the UK, arguably the best ever. That broth???? Honestly had such a great meal here, and prices were very reasonable for the quality. I loved the modern twist on more traditional flavours. If I was being super cr
Very delicious Ramen, even though it’s not 100% Japanese style, more like a fusion, but still worth trying. It is one of the best Ramen restaurants in Manchester. Haven’t tried cocktail & buns so no comment on that.
Brought my mum in for her first time having a proper Ramen Meal. We both loved it. Lovely setting inside the restaurant. Great selection of beers and cocktails. I particularly prefer craft beers and there was many nice options from northern breweries. I had Nagoya Ramen which I found absolutely deli
There are endless places you can go for traditional / authentic Japanese food. So many, in fact, that it's super refreshing to come by a place that has managed to nail the essence of it whilst still putting out interesting twists and innovative flavours. This place has a distinctly cool vibe, and it
Great atmosphere and amazing service to begin with, but not to say that the food wasn’t top notch! Went with the classics, the tonkotsu and the soy glazed ox cheek bun. The broth was incredibly packed with flavor, the meat was good, but nothing extraordinary. However, the bun was where it was at… me
With about 50%of the menu being vegan and the use of vegan diabetes for the cocktails this is an ideal place for friends who are plant based and not. We had all vegan options and enjoyed them all, OH really enjoyed there gin based signature cocktail and the jasmine green tea hit the spot. I would
Without a doubt - best ramen in Manchester! Super tasty broth, tender meat and generous portions. Delicious tonkatsu and nagoya ramen. Good selection of beers and spirits too! Highly recommend a visit.
The beat ramen I've had anywhere. The food and drinks here are top notch. We'll worth a visit if you're in town.
Cozy food for cold nights and kind people that guarantee you are having a great experience. Next time I definitely will try the ramen but the kimchi, baos and dumplings were really good (food looks better live than in my awful pictures 🥹).
Went for lunch, had to wait an hour for a table but it was so worth it. The cauliflower bao bun was exquisite and the tea marinated tofu was the tastiest tofu I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely loved it. So sad they’re closing down and I’ll never have it again :(
