I do love it here. The staff are really friendly but not annoying. Lunch is great whether you choose the Italian sandwich or salad or skewers or calamari... it's all lovely. Drinks menu is laid out really well if you drink prosecco. They have a good variety and it's sensibly priced to make life easier. Free chicetti / nibbles around 5pm. Love the atmosphere. Great reason to go in Next!

Authentic and modern Italian cuisine with great menu selections and Italian wine for food pairing. There is a Prosecco Bar for you to experience a variety of wines with different tastes. Food quality and service are very nice. Chef Szilvia cooks amazing Meat ball / Pepperoni with Spaghetti , plus a special Chef Szilvia made King Prawn and Pepperoni spaghetti with long stem broccoli with tomato sauce, it showcased the art of Italian cooking with balance on favors and ingredients pairing. you can’t miss it. It is nice for lunch with a glass of Prosecco. KING PRAWN BRUSCHETTA & PARMA HAM BRUSCHETTA are great to be paired with Prosecco wine. Head Chef, Dario, cooks perfect sea bass with crispy skin and great control on food quality. King prawn and Tomato Bugatoni is amazingly great with little lemon peer on top, it create a perfect blend on taste. SIRLOIN STEAK is perfectly matched with Montepulciano red wine,as medium-bodied with soft tannins, high acidity, and juicy, fruit flavors. (Again, Montepulciano is a drier wine, so the fruit flavors do not equal sweetness.) Expect flavors such as wild cherry, blackberry, boysenberry, and plum. There are great choices of seatings which include booth seating, bar seating with open views of Corn Exchange historical building and great views.

Exceeded my expectations to be honest, was a bit hesitating to try as heard bad feedback about it and thought may be it's all about the show and nothing about the food, but visited today and was very surprised, I liked the pizza, not napolitana for a change, the chicken liver pate was good but the slices of bread were too thick but not a big deal, my son really enjoyed his ravioli. The staff are all very nice and professional to add to the experience, I almost felt like if I was in Italy just needed some sunshine 🌞 Will definitely try again to try more dishes

Great grub at Gino’s With 3 locations in close proximity, it’s likely that you’ll get yourself a seat at Gino’s. Though it’s always good practice to book beforehand because food is important :) The restaurant we attended was the one on the second floor of Next and with it being on the corner, you get some good views when sat at the window. Perfectly placed for people like us that like to eat and watch the world go by. We first went for a meal and then the next time for some brunch, and our bellies were very happy both times. On our meal expedition, we had a starter, a couple of mains and a dessert. These were; \Tomato Bruschetta (vg) [£5.75] - Simple and you get what it says on the menu, toasted ciabatta with varieties of tomato & basil \Vegetariana Pizza (v) [£11] - Woodfired pizza, now who says no to that. This was light with good stretchy cheese \Rigatoni Arrabbiata (vg) [£9.25] - Learnt a new thing getting this item, in that Arrabbiata means angry and guess it’s angry for the fiery flavours. When you look at it, you think it’s going to be ok but when you eat it, you get each pasta piece infused with flavours and that right level of spicy kick - yummy \Fries with sea salt (v) [£4] - The salty, good kind \Caprese Tart (v) [£6.25] - We asked for this to be warmed because warm desserts are the best and this did not disappoint with the rich clotted cream to accompany it On our brunch adventures we had a couple of savouries and then some sweet dishes alongside our drinks. These were; \Eggs Florentine (v) [£7.25] - Muffins topped with spinach, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. The only thing we’ll say is the one minute it was there, and the next it was gone \Veggie Breakfast Brioche Roll (v) [£4.75] - This looked a tower and was cynically expecting the brioche to be a bit hard. Boy, were we wrong with soft brioche making it easy to eat. The mushrooms didn’t really do much and think it’d be better with spinach inside instead \Pancakes with fresh berries & maple syrup (v) [£6.75] - Look at the pictures, need we say more! A good sharing portion if you’ve had other items beforehand and there was a good balance between the eggy pancakes and sweet maple syrup \Croissant with Nutella (v) [£3] - Fresh croissant filled with nutella - yes please, over and over again English Breakfast Tea [£2.50] & Macchiato [£2.75] - Normal drinks done fine A really good place for a spot of lunch to watch the busy streets of Manchester without having to be in the busy yourself. Recommended for: Italian, Pancakes, Croissant Service: High Price: ££ Halal: Vegetarian

First time in the prosecco bar and I will definitely be returning. We sat at the bar and there was great views of the city. The garlic breads were £4.50 which is a great price and they were so big, great value for money. The watermelon Bellini and grapefruit gin were very refreshing!! Overall, staff were very friendly and provided a great service.

Fantastic food and drink to be had here! Me and my parents decided to give it a go on a Monday afternoon and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The pizza was full of flavour, fresh and beats any other big chain pizza restaurant hands down. The Prosecco we had to accompany it was amazing also. The main thing that made the restaurant was the staff. I’m not sure if he was the restaurant manager or main host for the day but the man (in a suit) that kept on checking on us was fantastic! He spent time chatting to us about our day and also brought us over some olives as he said the oven was running a tad slower than usual not that we noticed as we felt well looked after. All the staff introduced themselves and took time to check on us whenever passing. Obviously the food and drink plays a massive part which was all lovely but the staff are 5* and Gino should be proud of them. Would highly recommend for a cheeky treat of pizza and Prosecco!

Gino D'Acampo has made his mark within Manchester's Arndale Centre on the 1st floor of Next. During the day it can be accessed through the store but after closing you can access it by going outside and down the side of Next till you get to Ginos deli and coffee shop were this is a lift that takes you up a floor into a sumptuous dining and drinking experience. Black and white photographs adorn the walls with Gino and a host of celebrities pictured in white frames. There is a central bar area on 2 sides with one side facing the pizza making area with 2 pizza ovens. The food is freshly prepared to order. There us a prosecco bar serving drinks from Italian beers to cocktails, wines to champagne. There is a very relaxed atmosphere about the place with huge glass windows looking out towards the Printworks and the Corn Exchange. There's is even a shop within the restaurant and 2 pool tables which are free to anyone in the bar or restaurant. If you're in Next or the Arndale pop in and sample some authentic Italian delights.

This is my favourite restaurant in Manchester and the best pizza I’ve eaten outside Italy! It is amazing food! The staff are brilliant - really friendly, welcoming, caring and all round an amazing team from the managers to the waiters to the chefs and kitchen staff! I’ve been so many times and loved every time! If you’ve never been, you’re missing out! Just came back from lunch there today and the same first class food and customer service as always! Amazing! ❤️

The staff are amazing here! The food is great! Lovely atmosphere! We go everytime we visit Manchester. They are fantastic with children and very family oriented, my little girl who is 1 and a half really enjoyed it, the two male staff members was amazing with her, she was smiling and laughing with them. Thank you so much.
