I have been here several times over the years. The food and service is excellent and the staff are very polite. They will even get you the dish that you love to your table. Superb venue for an evening meal.
I booked al maidah for my daughters wedding on the 13/07/2018.
I was really worried about the food and service not being up to standard. I relayed my concerns and was reassured that I would not be disappointed.
Management really listened and went that extra mile to make my daughters wedding special. Miriam was fantastic throughout , from the initial booking enquiry to the wedding day. she was easily accessible to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. The food was absolutely lovely and my guests were all very impressed with the decor , food and service. Thank you �

First time for our company [449816688377832:Northwest Photobooth] at this venue. We attended a Mehndi and the room was dressed up so colourful. The staff here are really helpful and accomodating. Great place for a Mehndi
This is a buffet restaurant with a fantastic selection of foods, some starters were great others not so much but that could be down to preferences, the mains we’re average but they had a huge variety of desserts. The donuts and crepes are fresh and were delicious. Bisma our server was very attentive and was lovely.
Starters were fresh despite I visited late, Lambs Chops were brilliantly cooked/grilled by Chef and in main course i tried Bindi which was quite the same taste(yummy) as before. In dessert Parth served us some good food.
Sneh booked our table and served the samosa chaat as well.
Overall staff is friendly in Alamida and food is fresh and yummy.
We go there with family we enjoy the dinner. 100% recommended to go with family price was good, starters are nice.
Large variety of dishes in main, fresh lamb chops, good very of selection in the desert fresh donuts and scraps, ice-cream.
Staff was good especially the desert guys Hilal and jasir.

Came to the Al-Maidah restaurant for the first time today. Service, food and atmosphere was impeccable. The best buffet service in Manchester. Outstanding service from Roma, she really went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Nothing was too much of an ask, always responded with a smile. Will 100% be back.
Lovely open kitchen, all the starters were amazing. But the lamb karahi with fresh naan was the best part of night, 100% recommended.
Dessert was a good especially fresh crapes, gulabjamun, ice cream and cheese cake i very nice verity of cakes and everything, the staff was too good like anees and akhtar,

Food service and atmosphere all are good,there is a huge quantity of dishes.
Love this place. The food is spot on. Shout out to the veggie pizza which is my absolute fave pizza over anywhere else. But seriously all the food is lovely! Throughly recommend
Tried this place for the first time in July 2021. Booked in advance but still waited 35 mins for food. Only had the starters and deserts both of which were nice. Chicken tikka, lamb kebab, chicken kebab were particularly nice as was the chocolate brownies and the chocolate cake. Lack of parking meant parking on a side street. Service was ok, but staff constantly loitering around tables was a bit off putting. The lamb chops were very nice.

I must mention the wedding coordinator Madiha was an absolute star, she truly know what she is doing. Celebrated my wife birthday here. Amazing place and amazing food. Staff was very friendly specially Barth, who made fresh donuts and pankcakes for us, served it warm and loaded with chocolate.

I organised a works meal and everyone left overjoyed and in food comas. From start to end this place was impeccable.
The staff are committed to great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Car parking attendants/security are at hand to make sure you find a safe place to park your car. Main reception staff warm and welcoming and direct you where to go. The waiting staff were brilliant and very efficient even at such a busy time during the bank holiday.
The food WOW! The kitchen staff clearly know their stuff. It’s impossible to hate any dish. Spice levels are just perfect. I was a bit sceptical with the menu as my work colleagues come from all different backgrounds but everyone tried most of the dishes and there was plenty variety for everyone.
The manager of the restaurant Laila was so courteous and helpful.
I’ve probably missed out on a lot but that’s enough about the good, now onto the bad……….

We hosted an Iftar for the whole family, the food was fresh and lovely. Lots of new starters and new food added to the menu to try. Atmosphere is great and helpful staff tops up the experience.
