Great place with such welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us. Stylishly decorated without feeling contrived, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fish finger sandwich was delicious, and the desserts were unbelievably tasty. Would definitely recommend this place, kids absolutely loved it. Special thanks for the effort they put into making my daughters birthday such a surprise.
My GF had a cone with espresso coffee ice cream, our friend had some funky blue ice cream in a cone & I had a Malteaser milkshake to wash down pancakes served with maple syrup.
The ice cream and cones were magnificent, the milkshake was most triumphant. The maple syrup was top quality as were the pancakes which was the tiniest detractor though it's understandable not have a hot skillet around ice cream to make fresh pancakes but I was happy enough with 3 very large high end store pancakes.
We are in a really comfortable diner style booth and this added to a highly enjoyable frozen dairy experience. Totally gnarly.
Caramello have just blown all expectations out the water with my daughters teddy bear themed first birthday cake! Sadiq’s communication has been first class and we have just enjoyed a very delicious slice with a glass of champers! I’d highly recommend!

We visited Caramello for afternoon tea. My children love afternoon tea but eat little so the management kindly agreed to add on a few extras for the kids for a small additional charge. They were offered drinks and opted for milkshakes. The food came out promptly and looked absolutely beautiful. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty. The scones were the best I have ever tasted - they were still warm straight out of the oven. And of course the cakes were delicious as always. We really enjoyed it and will be returning soon.
A lovely cafe with nice coffee, delicious cakes and savoury options all at very reasonable prices. The staff are warm and friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. The decor is wonderful and its very clean too! So good to see an independent coffee shop on the high street. Highly recommend. The Banoffee pie and gelato ice cream is delicious by the way!
Me and my kids love coming here after school. Friendly staff and a very clean place. The desserts are delicious along with a lovely mocha or capaccino. My son is very fussy with his food, however he loved caramellos chicken burger on the brioche bun. Best thing about the place is that it is all cooked fresh. �
Went with our 3 and 1 year old for a treat on Sunday, the food was amazing, service was fast, we had a great time. Parents-somewhere special for treat time, little bit expensive but well worth it!

Absolutely brilliant. From initial order and I must admit I was a little late in notice. The cake was exactly what I wanted. The price was less than I should have expected by its quality. And it tasted amazing.

We love this place! Kids love the gelato, there's so many flavours we haven't managed to try them all yet. The kids corner is also a very thoughtful feature, means I can enjoy coffee and a macaron or two in peace. Love the interior and staff are always so bubbly. Top marks from us x

Had another excellent lunch date with friends at Caramello today. Food was delicious as always, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent place for mums with babies/ toddlers they keep themselves occupied in the kiddy corner whilst you can truly indulge in the yummy desserts � �
Been here a few times now. Friendly service, well-presented food, good portion sizes, quality is good. Love the décor. Only other comment I have is that I wasn't sure whether we were supposed to wait for a table to be shown to us, or whether we were meant to find a table ourselves. It could also have been more obvious whether we ordered and paid at the till, or waited at the table. But really love this place, and have been getting my family to come here!
Chilled atmosphere with great food at a great price- hard to come across in Didsbury. Home made gelato is also on point and they seem to have new cakes every week. Ended up staying hours sipping coffees on my laptop on several occasions thanks to the very charming (and handsome!) owners
Tried the new full English Breakfast and the Eggs Florentine, both were amazing. The presentation and the taste were both very impressive.
The staff were very friendly, very attentive and we received service with a smile.
Definitely my new spot for a Sunday morning breakfast!

Came here a few days ago with my friends after one of them recommended it to us. Very happy with the service! Staff are lovely and friendly and the kids enjoyed the little play area which kept them busy after eating their food. Overall, we all enjoyed our visit there and we will be returning again soon! �

Lovely gem of a place hidden away in Didsbury. We were brave enough to take the kids with us and it was wonderful and child friendly. Elliott was very helpful and knew the menu well. Service with a smile is what we love and service with a smile is what we got!
We ordered a full english, Shakshuka and Steak and eggs for our meals and we ordered the following drinks: apple juice, lemonade, frappucino and ferrero rocher milkshake. All food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Even the fussy kids gobbled it all up!

Loved it. Breakfasts were really on point and could tell all the ingredients were good quality. Liked the cosy setting and the chai latte was one of the best I've ever had. All halal too to make it accessible to everyone (with great veggie options on top)

Beautiful hidden gem serving 100% Halal food. Servers are very attentive and friendly. Ambience is spot on. Parking is somehow tricky to find as it doesn't have a designated customer car park.
My first time having breakfast here. I was really amazed by the food and friendly atmosphere. I ordered the Caramello English and it was really tasty, especially the sausages. The customer service was lovely. Definitely would go again!
You had us at Caramello , waited a little bit it’s hard to find parking which is a down fall as you require to que and wait for a table. However personally I think they should start to consider taking bookings for tables to have any disappointments as the weather conditions in the uk are very unpredictable. Maybe to install a little waiting hub at the side to allow people to access the menus and to wait not in the cold, rainy weathers. It was a great experience today was a group of 4 was highly guided with certain dietary intakes. Staff were very pleasent . It’s was a calm atmosphere lovely to sit down and have a chat with someone. Food presentation was the best hot drinks very asthetic. Overall been here a few times and very time tried something new on the menu. Great news was they accept NHS discount!/ Student discount just ask they will support you with that.
So my friend and I were stood in the queue for ages not realising that, if you just want to get something to takeaway, you can head straight to the counter. The sign outside confused us!

Very busy and cosy restaurant, definitely great for breakfast. Its busy as the quality speaks for itself. The staff here were very friendly and the service was excellent, we were fortunate to get a table once we walked in and the food didn't take long to arrive. The food looked amazing and tasted fantastic. Definitely worth visiting if you fancy a decent breakfast or even afternoon brunch. 😋

It can get fairly Busy, and you may find a Queue outside the Door but its worth the Wait.
The Service is a little Slow but thats most likely due to the Mass amount of Customers they are Serving.
The Interior of the Restaurant is very Attractive and gives a very Sunday Brunch type of Feeling.
I would Recommend the Chicken Waffle and the Pancakes...Wow!
They are Reasonably priced and their Portion Sizes are Healthy.

I wanted to go since it first opened but finally got around to try brunch out with my friends. The food was immaculate, the service is a bit slow- also we had to queue outside for tables to be available as there were 3 of us.. all food is Halal I tried the full English with chicken sausages + Halloumi cheese. Halal English breakfast , pistachio waffle was delicious and breakfast was freshly made .
We didn't have a booking and we had to wait for 20 mins or so to get in. Can see why there was a queue. The food was amazing. We tried the Caramello breakfast and the smashed avocado meal. Delicious high quality ingredients. We didn't get a dessert but eyed them up on other people tables. We will be back to try them out!
