We were out on a works do and just popped in as we were walking past. Decided to eat while we were there pizzas all round and she'd load of beers .

Clean and open venue, had a nice Pastrami lunch. Service was quick and attentive, sat with a nice view of the square. Good venue in NQ if you or some of the group aren’t down with the typical grungy NQ bar. Only down side was when I returned in the evening the service was slow with bar staff serving

We had a work do for 20 people at Ply and it was such a fab experience. Delicious pizzas and fries, great variety of beers, super friendly and dedicated staff. I’m pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t doubt recommending it. We’ll definitely repeat!
The best pizza place in Manchester. Pizzas are sooo good. Gluten free dough is available, as well as vegan options. Staff is very nice, and the inside os very nicely designed. It turns into a club in the evenings.
Been here a hell of a lot when back in Manchester and it’s one of my favourites… the dough is just so fresh, menu has loads of variety! The whole place - decor, staff, customers is just really cool and they do a fair bit of craft ale!! What’s not to love… get this on your list if you are in Manchest
What a fab find this place is! Had an amazing lunch with friends, our waiter Kyle couldn't have been more helpful, especially with the cocktail/drink recommendations. Will definitely be back, the food, drinks and ambience were all wonderful.

Decent selection of pizzas and beers in the centre of the Northern quarter. A good alternative to Rudy’s or Franco Manca. Hard to spot the ‘Ply’ sign coming in though, so be sure to ask you’ve got the right venue
Pizza was great. Service not so much. Only 1 people serving a big restaurant on Valentine's day.. the other dude had an iPad and made an effort to not make eye contact with customers when we needed serving..
Do like it in Ply, great range of beers even though they've taken my favourite off, Dortmunder! Always try to visit when I'm in the NQ.
