Had an absolutely beautiful meal here today with my family. The vegan and gluten free options were really good and desserts were perfect. The food came out quickly, was fresh and beautifully cooked and portions sizes were great. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A group of 13 of us with 3 under sixteens and 2 popping in to have a glass of wine with us on their lunch breaks. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly, helpful and very professional. Everybody was happy with their food and I particularly enjoyed the Toscana soup. Having said that the seafood risotto was faultless as was the banana calzone dessert. So I was especially happy. Lovely atmosphere, we'll definitely be back.

Lovely vegan main course salad and vegan pizza. Plates came labelled as vegan. Staff were very friendly and helpful, also provided the menu that specified the vegan options.

Zizzi in Piccadilly, Manchester is a convenient restaurant. The decor is rather nice and one can relax whilst eating. Even better if the sun shines through the big windows as it was on this visit. The food was very nice and served in no time at all by professional staff. I certainly will continue to eat here.

We really enjoyed our squid and hot pizza lunch. Service was very friendly and quick, we had a relaxed lunch experience and it was fairly priced for a city centre. would definitely recommend this chain of pizza restaurants.

Ordered the Bruschetta with Bufala Mozzarella and Porcini Gigantic Tortelloni.
The pesto sauce and cheese made the bruschetta quite tasteful and delightful to eat.
The Tortelloni however wasn't well cooked and was too chewy. Only the taste of the mushroom sauce made the dish slightly better.
For dessert, both the chocolate melt and tiramisu were mouth watering.
Good ambience and service!

This is my one of my favorite Italian places in city center. They had great service, presentation and food. I would recommend this place for anyone. Garlic cheese bread which was amazing Pasta pomodoro was amazing just enough sauce Salad great taste and seasoning Pistachio cheesecake was perfect However, when we ordered this a second time through order take away and wasn't as good as when we ate in. The food was not impressive at all nor did it taste the same and the delivery company forgot our pizza. Tiramisu which had melted and runny Chicken lasagna was overly greasy I would rather eat it in rather than take away.

From the outside, this place looked closed last week, I don't know if it has tinted glass, or dim bulbs, or a combination of both, but we very nearly walked away! Once inside the lighting didn't seem particularly dim, so perhaps the windows were tinted, although it seems an odd choice, surely looking open and busy is the point of a restaurant frontage? We had an offer from O2 Priority, but this branch wasn't listed, so once inside we double checked with the greeter that it was in fact valid, (it was, we were told it was ending that night so perhaps that was why it wasn't showing us this location). We were seated directly in front of the open kitchen area, and my friend was most excited about guessing when our food was being prepared The Xmas season was in full swing with music, decor and staff in special tshirts promoting their Prosecco deal, but only the upstairs was being used, so the toilets downstairs did seem a bit of a trek away . . . Our table for two was in a long line of similar tables, for ease of combining, unfortunately this meant ours never had the condiments, oils and seasonal drinks menus on it. We had to reach over to the table next to us for the dipping chilli oil . . . We ordered the Primavera Rustica, and my friend had the Margarita also on the Rustica base. I swapped out the peppers (yuk) on my Primavera for chillies which was no problem. Both pizzas were delicious and cooked perfectly, although my friend was already envious of my artichoke hearts and planning her Pizza Express order for the following night We ordered the Peroni and the Berry Cider, the cider was full flavoured, rather than some that barely have a hint of the so called flavour. Our waiter was attentive, and did his best to upsell starters and sides, but as we were on our way to the Madonna show afterwards we just wanted a main.

Visited this place for dinner on a Monday. We ordered a portion of garlic bread, smoked mushroom risotto and smoked salmon with fresh prawns hand made pasta. The food was excellent. The portion size was very good and so was the pricing. However, i felt the service from the kitchen was a little slow as the restaurant wasn't very busy and had three staff in FOH and 2 in the kitchen. But nevermind, will still visit again next time to try some pizzas and tiramisu.

First time at zizi a couple weeks back, service was excellent, food was great, other than the dessert which I didn't eat, but they took this off the bill without me asking and wouldn't let me pay for this. Place is beautiful as well

The Picante King Prawn was great and well seasoned, although the hanging prawns are a little awkward to remove. Their Rustica pizzas are perfectly cooked. I had requested for the food to come after a certain time as we were fasting so we wanted the food to be fresh at the time of breaking fast, the waiter very politely understood and made sure the food was cooked and ready just after breaking my fast. Overall good food and great service. Also they do accept tastecard.

Mixed Leaf Salad - zu fard, braucht mehr Vielfalt - Baby Spinat, Kräuter oder Sellerie Blätter und Pinienkerne Calzone Carne Piccante - SEHR gut (Translated by Google) A good, attractive Italian restaurant in the middle of Manchester Piccadilly. Ambience modern and rustic. Amalfi cocktail - boring, tastes like orange juice with soda, needs a kick - VERY thin dry slice of orange smiley. Mixed Leaf Salad - too fard, needs more variety - baby spinach, herbs or celery leaves and pine nuts Calzone Carne Piccante - VERY good

I had vegan meatballs and Pan-fried fish bass and it was peng and I had a strawberry mocktail which was alright and I had a brownie honeycomb pizzette which was filling My brother had gluten free bolognese and gluten free sundae and passion mocktail Service lacking even considering there were like 5 staff on. Need to do check backs as I heard conversation on other table of woman complaining about her food but choosing to be silent

We come to Zizzis to celebrate birthdays, my favourite is the lasagna and the kids love the pizza, prices are expensive but for a birthday treat it won’t hurt now and again.

We had a fantastic time at zizzi Manchester Piccadilly today. We were very warmly greeted by AnnaLisa, who explained about the Zillionaires and the goodies about the scheme. Food was as fresh steaming and tasty ....the overall atmosphere was great with a toddler as well. My daughter found some good time to decorate their offering

Zizzi’s Piccadilly is one the best I’ve been in - spacious with large tables for big group. Best of all was the fantastic service from all the staff and especially Fay and Roland. Everything they did was with a smile and consideration for us as customers. We were big group and they did everything help us all enjoy our evening together. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes Jeremy

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and was advised there may be a 40 minute wait for food due to kitchen staff being short. Was greeted and seated by Lauren, who was attentive and diligent and kept checking everything was ok. The customer service was top notch and only had one small issue with one of the mains but this was rectified immediately and perfectly. You can get good food most places in Manchester but you do not get customer like that everywhere or even most places these days. All round brilliant experience.

Visited ZIZZI for the first time, and was lucky to have Sid as our waiter. He was very patient in guiding and suggesting dishes. Super happy with the food, ambiance and the staff. Definitely will be visiting again soon :D

Went for tea with my daughter, I has a risotto and my daughter had gluten free pizza. We ordered chips flavoured with salt and rosemary - they arrived plain. The waitress took them away and they came back with some sprigs of rosemary chucked on the top. Not very impressed and not tasty. A shame really as the rest of the food was lovely.
