The staff was very polite! At the shop you can find high quality and pure products. At the basement the vegan meal I had was well prepared and very tasty! I strongly suggest this café to anyone who loves healthy eating and healthy products..
Really love it here ! Food is very reasonably priced for a good portion of hearty food . I had spinach and mushroom pie with butter beans for £7 ( massive piece ) which included any side ( I had broccoli ) staff all very nice . Lots of goodies in the shop too , very impressed with everything .
Go here all the time and the food is delicious at such a reasonable price, went to the Valentines meal last night and it was wonderful, the food was delicious and the portions were great, the atmosphere was really intimate and nice, and the service was really friendly and attentive! Love this place!
I heartily recommend the vegan breakfast it was just what we needed! We also had cake which was fabulous and there was lots to choose from which was a bonus! Friendly staff and good value for money.
Amazingly stocked store, We found some really cool unusual items and lots of variety! Staff were really helpful and friendly - advising us of current offers. The 'lil deli stand by the checkouts was well stocked and it was fab to see vegan options available. Additionally, breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend the vegan 6. The best tofu i've ever eaten and the whole meal was out of this world. FYI ~ The blue smoothie is also super yummy! Will definitely visit again :)
What a lovely breakfast, tasted awesome. Forgot how great this place was after working away and being looked at oddly every-time I asked what the vegetarian option. Choice!

wonderful tasty vegan breakfast ..super vegan sausage sandwich, generous with toast, great atmosphere, well stocked shop and has been going a while so they know what they are doing! Good to be so early for a change!
Love this place. The food is amazing, the selection is incredible, the staff are always helpful, always there to advise, even over something as trivial as which cake to choose down in the cafe! Turns out the raw chocolate cheesecake was definitely the right choice
The spiced cookie cake is to die for! Shame we live 2 hours away because we’d be there all the time!
This is a great place with a fab range of products, especially if you're vegan.
The shop has beautiful cakes and baked goods as well as a range of artisan produce and health food. They have a very extensive range of vitamins.
The basement cafe is brilliant - really good quality plant-based food at a very fair price and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
It's right on the bus route, and there are plenty of cycle racks outside if you're on your bike!
The best of the best! There is nothing this shop does not have. A vegan paradise for locals and travellers, with vegan cafe downstairs. All sorts of products like essential oils, soap, spices, ready made food, a hot deli, sauces, VEGAN QUICHE, vegan cheese and yogurt. Will someone please get me a £200 gift certificate from here so I can go wild? Reigning proud in Manchester since the 70's and now PERFECT!

Food in the cafe is to die for. I always go there when in Manchester, even if it's out of the way. Had Sri Lanka curry with tofu and veg, so yummy! Great service, good coffee, vegan cakes and choice of several hot meals and some sandwiches, as well as a great salad bar. Lov it!
The best place to eat for a plant based menu in Manchester, I spent 3 days in Manchester and visited here on each day for food, it’s that good.
Marvellous place! Had a really good, reasonably priced meal, quite a bit of choice on the menu, absolutely delicious especially the mocha cake. Then went round the shop and received lots of really useful advice and suggestions about managing eczema before buying a product. Somehow resisted the vegan sausage roll . Top place, very highly recommended.
Absolutely love this place. A wide selection of whole foods for vegans and vegetarians alike. A selection of skin care & vitamins. A great cafe on the lower ground floor serving a number of vegan dishes and healthy fresh smoothies. The staff are knowledgeable & friendly.
Just here for a coffee. Super quick service, can’t understand why so many folk nearby are queuing for fast food when there are so many mouth watering options to be had here?
Lovely cafe with delicious food, dhal is unbelievably tasty. Also bought a hot drink flask and shampoo/condition in one soap bar which is the best one I’ve used yet. Leaves my hair soft and clean! 😁
The new Cafe takeaway service is fabulous. Completely plant based and with healthy dishes such as the nourish bowls to balance out the jackfruit burgers and wings. I've had the Super Nourish bowl 3 times now and it's simply fab, a great balance of textures and fresh flavours which all complement each other. I'll be back for more!
This shop has become my go-to for food, such amazing quality food for a low price. The staff are always lovely and helpful. I really recommend going here.
