Great selection of dim sum dishes, some of which we can't find even in London. Service was good. If we lived closer we'd be regulars. Parking is free but tiny parking lot and always a queue to find a space.
The food here is always good so you know what you’re getting every time! It has been a very popular venue with my family for a number of years and we always enjoy ourselves here. The venue is not very modern but is very nostalgic for many first gen Asians.
Very good restaurant, it's nicely decorated inside, modern, and clean. Service is very good, they do dim sum, and traditional Chinese dishes. The roast meats are very good, especially roast duck, pork belly, vegetables are cooked really well and are beautifully presented. The only downside is that t
Booked a Chinese New Year meal with friends here but have come before for dim sum. Always enjoy coming to Tai Wu as their food is delicious. We got a range of dishes which everyone loved, and we really appreciated the staff for being accommodating of our friend who had a peanut allergy, especially
Great place, huge portions and lovely food. A bit pricey, but lovely all the same. The staff are really friendly and accommodating.
The food has really improved now, the food is good, but I always eat dim sum, I will try the dinner next time.
Nestled above the supermarket, the restaurant was busy but we got seated pretty swiftly. Service was quick and good, food was great, large portions so be mindful before ordering. Great for larger group.
Great experience with friendly staffs and nice food. We normally come here once every 1/2 months for a family meal with about 10 people. Food is good, we normally go for lots of vegetables, a steamed fish and a bit of duck and beef. Oh yes tofu dishes are very nice too. Very Friendly staffs also. De
Absolutely amazing service really friendly staff first time ever coming and we will for sure be coming back. Food was amazing best I’ve ever tasted. We went for our one year anniversary and couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend it. Well worth the money for the quality of food that you get. S
Absolutely delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You won’t be disappointed, it’s so tasty, explosion of flavors, they have sweet, salty, spicy hot or just a little kick, portions are very good, I love this restaurant, the staff is friendly, weekends are beyond crowded so you better book during weekdays, but also you
I went with my family on Christmas day. My mum is disabled and the restaurant kindly seated us with a table with plenty of room and near the lift. John the Manager and the rest of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Even though the restaurant was packed out. Food was delicious and high
One of my favorite Cantonese or HongKong style restaurant in Manchester! Always busy the food is absolutely worth to try! My personal favorite is string fried beef noodles and they keep the same quality even for take away service 🥰 the staff always really polite and friendly, the only problem is a b
I haven't been here for quite a few years, since I moved out of Manchester. There's a massive Chinese grocery shop downstairs and the restaurant upstairs. It's one of my favourite Chinese restaurants, especially for dim sum. Great variety of choice of dim sum and a la carte menu. It didn't disappoin
This Cantonese restaurant is exceptional in a sense that you can really feel as if you are in Hong Kong. The dragon and phoenix on the wall is sooooo traditionally HK style. All dimsum and fried items are satisfactory. awesome I had already had many many lunches and dinners here.
Our friends brought us to this restaurant when we visited Manchester. The dim sums are very good and authentic. Today, the parking were a bit crowded. A security guy directed us to an overflow parking just across the street. There is a Chinese grocery shop at ground floor.
Clean restaurant with lovely decor and attentive staff members. Food was delicious and always a bonus when I can have a mix of dim sum and dinner dishes. Partly my fault for not double checking, but I was surprised the stir-fry pea shoots cost nearly £20. Nevertheless, it was really tasty (with the
Ranking on the top of my list by far considering the category of an old fashioned yet magnificent Chinese cuisine, just like how most people that came in before, this is a quality traditional Chinese restaurant, brilliantly done and easily amazed us after a few bites of the food, trust me if not an
Lovely food. Wanted to take some family and friends to try dim sum, did have to use Google translate for the menu and help from other Chinese friends before going to ensure I got the right food but it was lovely and the staff are really friendly. It does get extremely busy though on a Saturday so go
