Amazing service from John here today. Myself and a friend had 2 toddlers in tow and he was so accommodating bringing colouring in menus and crayons for the boys. I also recently became vegan and have not taken to vegan cheese. This made me apprehensive about trying the vegan pizza. However John assured me that lots of vegans have rated their cheese as the best and it's made from rice milk. He said I should order it and if I didn't like it he would give me the vegan ragu and spaghetti for free! I ordered it and it was delicious, nothing like my previous vegan pizza experience. So no need to take him up on his kind offer to replace, my restored faith in vegan cheese was enough! He even gave my Son free ice cream as he'd almost slept through the meal. Can't rate my experience highly enough. Fantastic al fresco meal with an amazingly helpful host. Two indecisive mothers, one vegan and two lively toddlers had a great time. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Zizzi especially John! ��
We came to he restaurant yestetday for a cheeky dinner and it was beautiful i had king prawn linguine and my hubby had the meatballs both of us was pleased with what we had delicious food was amazing
Service was great our waiter was Charles really pleasent lad with us not being before had time to go threw the menu and wine list nothing was to much made us feel very welcome not like the grumpy (think he was the manager) miserable sod that invited us into the place but he won't put us off haha
Overall great place to eat food amazing wont be long till we see you guys soon
Proper vegan menu, friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble, visit here regularly and have never been disappointed.
We had a lovely meal for our sons 8th birthday today, it was made extra special by the waitor jamie. From the minute we walked in the door he really spoilt our son. Food and drink was amazing. Wanted to say a huge thank you
We had a lovely meal here, the food is consistently good quality at Zizzi, pizza for myself and pasta for the wife. The affogato is a nice light desert, with the bonus of including an espresso! Left full and happy. Service was excellent.

Really impressed at lunch here today. Took my aunt for birthday lunch and was very impressed when I asked if they had a menu in large print as her eyesight is really bad. The waitress had no trouble giving us the large print menu and lunch was excellent. Well done.
One of the best zizzi restaurants I've visited , sam our waiter was excellent, friendly , helpful nothing was to much for him to help us great atmosphere will visit again soon
The food and service was excellent, the cheese fondue is highly recommended and do is the chicken and mushroom risotto

We went for a leisurely meal before Emili Sande concert and that's what we had. We were very well looked after and very impressed with our food.
Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Tried the Winter Zucca salad with added goats cheese (which I expected (hoped) would be warm, but wasn’t) and it was okay, but the beetroot and squash were quite firm rather than melt in the mouth tender. And I know I asked for it, but there was sooo much goats cheese on it! So it was a bit of a struggle to get though it all. My partner had the sea bass, which again was okay, but didn’t really taste that fresh. Not enough to feel we could say something, but just enough to put you off it a bit. Maybe should have stuck with pizza, but wanted to try something different. The kids meal was okay, but compared to Pizza Express (my benchmark high street pizza!) the bread and vegetable starter doesn’t really hold a candle to the Pizza Express dough balls, and the pizza itself was not quite as tasty. Service was okay; we needed a couple more minutes to finish choosing our food but then had to flag someone down about ten minutes later as they hadn’t returned. It was full-ish when we arrived but doesn’t quite have the same ambience and buzz as the Pizza Express a few doors along. Overall, perhaps it’s partly down to what we chose, but I wouldn’t hurry back.
I tried Fable Shitake Mushroom Pizza and Ravioli Di Capra. The pizza was amazing, I loved it. It was my first time trying ravioli so I felt it was a bit dry, I could be wrong as I don't know the exact taste but overall I am happy with the food and service.
This was my first time visiting Zizzi and it was fantastic. I will definitely return. We only waited around 10-15 minutes for our food which we thought was very reasonable for an evening where a band was on at the arena. The spaghetti carbonara and the bolognese loaded fries were both delicious, as were the complimentary pasta crisps! Also, lovely cocktails and great service!
A superb Grande Platter with prawns. Lauren, our server was super efficient. Highly recommended!

As always a great service. Our server Nancy was lovely. Gave us time to choose and not rushed despite being really busy on a gig night at the arena.
Lauren was exceptional with her greeting service and attitude! We had a fantastic meal prior to take that concert and Lauren definitely made the start to our evening fabulous!!! Yes definitely visit again food brilliant!!!!
Service was good and fast during a busy bank holiday. Food was good, although, we had to send the prawn linguini back, £18 for a bowl of pasta with the grand total of 4 prawns in it. This was quickly rectified and food came back fresh and full of prawns which were delicious. The rest of the dishes were great, I would recommend the salmon risotto. Toilet situation not great, I didn't like the fact that they were unisex and did not seem to be checked regularly as a couple were quite dirty.
Grace was so lovely and the other girl who served us, very knowledgable with the dishes. I’m assuming she is a supervisor or something but I would highly recommend being served by her. As someone with an allergy she informed me and supported me each step. Thank you grace I will be returning!
The waiting staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lauren, in particular, goes out of her way to make individual customers feel welcome and carers for individual needs. A lovely lunchtime experience!

Wow just wow 1st time ever here and I couldn't fault it one bit the food and the hospitality was next to none.... They even wrote happy birthday in chocolate on my dessert. They was ready for closing and they didn't rush us out the door let us eat and drink at our own pace.... I will be going again in the future....

My sister and law and I had a lovely meal, served by Grace today. Amazing food, lovely service and they were so sweet to offer us free desserts to celebrate our joint baby shower/hen girls day out.
Second time myself and my partner have been here when visiting Manchester for the weekend and again the meal and service was outstanding!
