Came here on a visit just before a gig. Food is amazing as most Hard Rock Cafes are, portion sizes are very big. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can whether it be food related or memorabilia related. Very knowledgeable!

We ate in the Hard Rock on our first night. We were tired so only had a main course. I had the atomic burger with no cheese and my husband had a burger with a side portion of onion rings. The food and service were really good. It was a Thursday evening the restaurant was busy but there were still tables available. We enjoyed the food so much we went back on the Friday evening also. We ordered wings to start and the same burgers as the night before with onion rings. If we visit Manchester again we will definitely go back as the food was great.
have been to many different hard rock cafe restaurants e.g- new york, poland and manchester ect... and i can honestly say they have all passed and exceeded my expectations, i recommend one of the Burger type meal like 'the Big cheeseburger' as this was one of my favourites when i visited hard rock cafe, the burger was cooked exactly how i wanted it and had an amazing bun. in all the restaurants i have been to the staff have been absolutely amazing as i couldn't of asked for anything better, they always had a welcoming smile on there face and where nicely dressed that's why i have given then a 5 star.
Stopped here for something to eat. Had high expectations that were totally met. Food was tasty and plentiful. Staff were all friendly and efficient. There's so much to see while you're waiting for your food. A rock memorabilia paradise. Would I go again ? Hell yeeesss. The sooner the better.
Have always admired this club from delhi, bangkok and now here. Just the ambiance, staff, crowd. The drinks were again amazing too. Will be again visiting soon
Very popular on Saturday afternoon so we had to wait about 45 minutes before we got Our table. Very friendly and Nice staff. The Food, especially the ribs, were really good.
This was the perfect HRC ever, right ambience, perfect music and great meal. I am a vegetarian hence ordered a Veggie Leggie Burger, my server informed me that it doesn't taste very different from meat despite being vegetarian friendly. I was excited to try a meat tasting burger for the first time, and one first bite I realised this was the best burger ever. It's been almost 4 years since that meal and I still remember it and took time to write about it here. Highly recommended and do try even if you are a meat fanatic.
Been to few HRCs and this one stands out based on its Good ambience , cool atmosphere , loud music and its location,Manchester. The staff is friendly. Veggie burger was a surprise and they have good portions. Reasonably quick service ..
All in all a place to jump in if you are in Manchester .

Service. The staff forgot about for a while and the food was cold. However, when we brought it to their attention they put everything right, and more. Excellent recovery and a great place to eat and just take it the atmosphere.
Great food with extremely large portions! Burgers are great and the decoration is true hard rock style!
Empty but Enjoyable!. Could not believe how empty the Hard Rock was when I was here, however in traditonal Hard Rock style, the music/videos/paraphernalia - all excellent, the staff very helpful and the food was fresh, tasty and hot....With all this in mind I couldn't help but wonder....Where was everybody?

We were welcomed by the manager John who told us a little about the Hard Rock and their food, I was surprised to find out how much of it is prepared freshly on site including all of their burger patties and sauces. He then explained that we’d be sampling the entire burger menu, all 9 of them! And then dessert! Now, I am a pretty good eater and am capable of putting a lot away but I have to admit I was slightly worried. Thankfully he went on to say that they’d created special mini versions of each burger for us, using a quarter of each ingredient.
Really cool atmosphere. Potato skins with cheese were tasty. They even made it without bacon on my request. Veggie burger was surprisingly good. Friendly staff. Good portions.
I have been to quite a few Hard Rock Cafe's all around the world but this has to be my favorite one! Something different about this place - probably the layout but inexplicably feels a lot different from the others. The food is incredible - service is great(as always) - great music! BIG fan!
Probably not the best place to take an autistic child! We had a table booked for 6.15pm, midweek in the Easter holidays. It must have been heavy rock hour as the music was pretty hard going. It mellowed a bit after a while though but it was still a bit loud for our son. We got 15% off our bill using our Football Museum tickets & it was happy hour with two4one on cocktails & some beers. You don't get much for your money these days and while we enjoyed our food, it was just missing some coleslaw or something
Came here for lunch with my Mum who has mobility issues, Alex was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond for her, taking her to the lift and even having a dance with her - made my mum feel so happy and comfortable.
Our waiter Jesus was also amazing very attentive and friendly and made us laugh with top notch professional service.
The food was 10/10 and the cocktails even better. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!
Drinks and food are surprisingly reasonable. We hadn't booked a table and we're told it was a 45 minute to an hour wait. It was great that we could wait at the bar 😉🍷🍸. We were called to our table after 30 minutes. Service was great and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely experience.

We didn't have any Christmas day plans. Most places were closed, so we did not have any expectations. We took a walk around the area and came across Hard Rock Cafe. We decided to stop in and have drinks and food.
We arrived early afternoon, after 1pm. The receptionist greeted us, and I asked if there were any tables available. There was not, but there were seats in the bar area, which we decided to take. The bar was practically empty. We sat on an available high top and ordered our drinks and food at the bar.
We ordered the salmon entrée that came with mashed potatoes and green beans, and we added a side of mac and cheese, wings, and shrimps. The shrimps were a bit salty, but still okay. The salmon was good, and so were the wings.
For drinks, we had a virgin Pina colada, and a strawberry/mint lemonade. Again, my lemonade was a bit too sweet, but as the ice melted, that helped dilute the sweetness.
For Christmas day, the restaurant did not seem overly busy, nor was it too loud. Our meals came out in a reasonable time. It did not seem like we had waited too long.
The bar area was a good choice. There was no wait, so we got out drinks and food quickly. I would definitely visit again.
Food was good, would say your standard franchise standards. Nachos for stater was huge for 2 people, but lovely.
I received the wrong order for my main but the server was very apologetic and made sure the correct food came out ASAP. Also he made sure when the bill came it was already discounted for the error and also got a free cocktail glass to make up for it.
So, for starters, I had a bbq boneless chicken wings, which were yummy
For the main, I was struggling to decide and ended up picking the wrong order
I ordered half roast chicken in a bbq sauce with fried
While it was very good, the chicken was also a little dry, but that's my only criticism, Hurricane cocktail was delicious as always, and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious 😋

I have visited this franchise of Hard Rock on several occasions over the years and always find the food, staff, and atmosphere really good fun.

Hard rock in Manchester has a 'local' feel with many local bands decorating the walls and the venue is situated in the iconic 'printworks' entertainment complex.

The kids always enjoy the atmosphere and my son had a great time celebrating his 13th birthday during our most recent visit.

The nachos are always great at hard rock and the original burger never fails to disappoint.

It's very much the 'thing' to do at some point when in Manchester so if you've never been or haven't been in a long time go check it out...

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in the menu and drinks
Cocktails are great with a big selection and great taste. The food menu has plenty of options and are largely proportioned. We had the nacho starters which was a massive playe of fresh nachos and salsa. The double cheese burger was also the size of a baby's head.
Great food and a great service. My friend is gluten free and the staff are trained well they have purple flags that say your food is gluten free. A member of staff came over to our table and explained everything about there gluten free Menu.
Lovely place to eat, food came out quick and was nice. Decor was really good.
We visited Manchester for the night (from Newcastle) and we thought we’d give Hard Rock Cafe a whirl. We’ve tried quite a few around the uk.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had dining at Hard Rock. We pre-booked and were led to our seats (only issue we had was my disabled mother-in-law found the stairs difficult and we were placed on the top floor)
We had the amazing Jesus Ramon as our server and he was absolutely fantastic throughout! He was so full of energy and just made us smile for the rest of the day! Absolutely fantastic human being. The food was absolutely amazing. We had burgers and cocktails and I’ve honestly not had a better meal.
The woman downstairs at the shop was amazing too! She greeted us and noticed we were geordies and she was absolutely amazing!
Honestly if you get the chance get yourself to Hard Rock Manchester ❤️🎸

First Time in Hard Rock for years. Great service, very busy, great atmosphere. Tried the Messi burger.......I wouldn't recommend.
Burger was very decent. 2 for 1 cocktails was a welcome treat...really nice cocktails and great atmosphere pre- depeche mode concert. Service was really good and accomodating. One of the better hard rock cafe experiences i've had. Well worth a visit pre-show at the arena
Everything about this Café is just amazing. The staff is helpful, the atmosphere is great. We had fajitas, which were fantastic. The Rock band was fabulous as well. We told them we're here for a birthday and they gave us a dessert as a birthday present! It was so lovely! I don't know the name of the staff but I think it was Kaitlin or something like that, she is super helpful and friendly. We'll definitely come back.
3 ours of happy hour during the week so 2 pints for just over £5 can't go wrong. Great atmosphere and location.
