Went to Nueve Restaurant on the 25th June and received an excellent service.The food is delicious( loved the fried calamari), great music and great environment in general. Staff is very nice and attentive. The waitress noticed my fried did not eat her dessert. She came to our table and asked what was wrong with the dessert. My friend explained it was too thick and she didn't have more room for it. The waitress was so kind that she didn't charge us for dessert. I was very suprised that she went the extra mile. Shame I forgot to take her name to write a more personal review.
Highly recommend and will definitely come back.
Not really a massive Tapas fan, but I am now. Really impessed with the food, every course was spot on & the lamb stew I could have ate it 3 or 4 times! The staff were both great, really friendly & helpful. Pity its not in Liverpool or id be a regular ��. Excellent place and id highly recommend.
On all 3 occasions I've dined here, I've had both amazing service and food. Recommendations from the staff on what and how much to order are spot on. House red is delicious and food wise I would recommend the patatas nueve, the gambas, the aubergine bake and the croquettes. Thanks Nueve! I'll be back soon
Came here last night, food is the best tapas around Manchester! And the service is definitely a 10/10! Can’t recommend enough!
Visited Nueve on Sunday and I have to say it's one of the best tapas restaurants we have been to in the North West. Very nicely laid out restaurant with friendly staff. The food is fresh and full of flavour. I own a Tapas restaurant in Chorley and I like to try out other Spanish Restaurants around the country. We will be back. ¡Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad!

2 meals in a week. Excellent and fast service. Food is delicious and well presented. Wine selection is good and value for money is great. Would recommend anyone who fancies tapas to swing by and try it.

Went to Nueve yesterday (Sat night). Staff were great friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and so was the white Sangria. Great atmosphere too. Well worth a visit.

I visited Nueve Tapas Bar with my wife, and we got seated pretty quickly since it was a chill Tuesday evening. The menu looked promising with lots of authentic tapas, so we ordered serrano, croquetas, tortilla de patatas, and finished off with churros con chocolate. The service was good, not too in-your-face. Food came out quick and nice and warm, and it looked great too. Only thing, the chocolate sauce for the churros was bitter, more like melted dark chocolate than the thick chocolate milk you'd get in Spain. Also, the portions were kinda small for the price. But hey, I was hesitant to visit at first because they had a 1-star hygiene rating, but they've really stepped up their game since then. I didn't get sick at all, so they've definitely improved, and that's something I'm happy about. Other than those minor points, everything was spot on!

Food was absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked, fresh, vibrant, packed with flavour. Highly recommend both the sea bass, and cod dishes.
Service was excellent - staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

If you are going to eat tapas in Manchester eat it here. Brilliantly relaxed atmosphere, the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We had a large group and we were well catered for, I’d also like to try with just my partner for a glass of wine and a few nibbles. Can not wait to return.
Paulicarus tells me I have been here before but if so, I have no memory. Nice Tapas bar with upstairs kitchen and toilets. Paulicarus brought Mum for early Mothers Day treat. Loved every dish. A gooey centred tortilla. Crispy belly pork. Lovely beef stew. Calamari, peri peri, veg stew etc. Definitely come back. Lovel sherry to finish.
Absolutely wonderful food!! Everything tasted perfect, cooked to very high standards! We loved the sangria too! The bar has a very cosy feel, loved the decor and the service was spot on too, we were very well looked after. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend a visit and we'll definitely be going back again in the near future! Thank you for an amazing night out!
Went for late lunch on a Sunday and wasn't busy at all. Service was great and absolutely everything we ordered was eaten. Though some dishes were unavailable. High quality food, would go back.

Excellent find. Didsbury has been lacking a decent Tapas Restaurant since Casa Tapas closed a dozen years ago or so. Paella as good as we've experienced outside of Spain.

Good service is lighting fast, very impressive and prices are very reasonable at approx £20 per head without alcohol for a full belly!
The ribs here were the best I have tasted in a long while. The staff are very friendly and kind. Every dish was tasty. However, the food is not filling and the service is a bit slow. Other than that it is a perfect little date night. Oh and be aware they do not accept card but there is a card machine just around the corner.
