First time visiting SUD after the menu change to the 12 plates and as always, I was blown away.
The biggest issue I had at SUD previously was always choosing what I wanted to eat as everything is incredible, but now you can have a bit of everything which is perfect for those who get menu fomo like m
Ah what a dream date venue. The pastas are INCREDIBLE. We loved it so much we went on Saturday, and have booked for a birthday next Wednesday.
It really feels close-knit dining as there are not many covers, maybe 30? And the staff are wonderful, helpful, and really know their menus inside out.

Simple, fresh and delicious! We love the food here. So flavourful but not overdone. The pasta has the perfect bite every time. Staff are fun and very attentive. It's a very casual vibe here.
I recently dined at Sud Pasta and was thoroughly impressed by all the dishes we eat, the house sugo pasta dish was undoubtedly the highlight and was one of the best pasta dishes I've had the pleasure of tasting. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, leaving a lasting impression on my taste

Amazing meal, celebrated my brothers 28th birthday here and they made it a really special day. Food was fantastic & huge credit to Toni who was superb for us. First class experience, thank you guys.

Incredible food and drink. Amazing flavour and such a good idea of small plates, so you can experience more of the dishes. Would just say it may not be suitable if you don’t like spice as a lot of them have chilli. But we really enjoyed it
extremely expensive price for “small portions” or “tapas sized” pasta!!! i was initially going to write a bad review about this place UNTIL i tried the food. oh my days jfc the pasta (esp the trofie with broccolini) was heavenly!! out of this world!! i’m not even kidding, i felt it was really worth
We turned up at a busy time when there were no tables so were asked to come back in a hour and were glad we did.

Another excellent meal at Sugo and our first time visiting the new restaurant in Sale. The food was impeccable and the staff were a delight. Recommend going with a hearty appetite as it’s impossible to choose between a starter or a pud when they’re this good!
Outstanding. The House Sugo was perfect; soft, tender meat with just the right amount of heat, and melting pasts. The anchovy butter in chicken stock pasts was also amazing. I can't believe we waiting so long to go here, but we will be back soon.

Very good food! I recommend the Bruschetta, it’s not the traditional bruschetta, it’s very unique and slightly spicy, we really enjoyed it.
The ragu pasta ( house sugo ) it’s very good, a very Italian taste.

My sourdough was absolutely drowned in rosemary oil, but it was still tasty 🤷♂️.
