(This was from a couple months ago) This place was excellent, when I came it was a blazing hot day and the outside area was really nice. The staff were all so kind when I was ordering my drinks and even had helpful instructions on that the cocktails would melt in the sun so it was best to separate them out. I didn’t manage to get food but if I did I can imagine it being amazing. The prices are absolutely spot on and definitely bang for your buck. The only note I can make is that they are quite strict on the time you can stay at your table but that’s not an issue cause it does state it when you book.
Excellent evening at The Launderette! Not too difficult to get to via tram from the city centre, and most definitely worth it! Fantastic staff and service, really lovely vibe and atmosphere, and lovely food and drinks! The spring roll specials in particular were gorgeous! Definitely can recommend!
The food is nice and the atmosphere is lovely. I love the cocktails and the variety of drinks. I come here a lot and have always had a good service. The Staff team could be more diverse (just something ive noticed over the years) The staff are helpful and friendly and do their best to cater to you. We come here a lot and enjoy visiting. Will be back again.
Popped in while passing to have some lunch as heard great things, wasn't disappointed stuffer amazing. Really attentive and friendly, food all around. Lot really nice. Great menu
Great night out for my daughter's birthday. The waitress was superb and friendly. Food was great and pretty quick too, even though it was very full. The cocktails were amazing too, including the no/low alcohol ones.
The only real downside was a single, very cramped cubicle toilet for each of gents/ladies. Not enough for an establishment of that size.
We have been traveling all over the UK from London to Inverness. Michelin to local pubs.
This was one of the best places we have eaten. Chris and his team arw over the top with both service and food quality.
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants something far above the norm.

Amazing experience. We loved the food, service, atmosphere, comfort,... Service by Izzy was perfect! So quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Have already sent a message to my friends about this place, can't believe I've never been before. It's unfortunately so hard these days to find a restaurant with great service but the Izzy and the Laundrette smashed it. It was all so effortless. Great vegan options too, vegan goats cheese pear salad was delicious. Outside seating was incredibly nice and comfortable. Thank you!
Had a lovely meal here with my son. Lovely service a bit slow but still we had a lovely time.
First day of the year sat out in the sun and it was glorious, great food, amazing service.
Great food (had sharing platter to start, which was more than enough for 3 and bolognaise pot pie). Good portion sizes. Service was a little slow and had to ask for finger bowls after ribs and wings from platter but apart from that, helpful service. Great covered outside space and inside is cozy. Arrived early in the evening and the place started to fill as we left so suggest booking a table.
Loved this, they were able to fit me in last minute and provide a doggy bag to take back.
This was a Laundrette back when I was a child living in the area. The menu headings are lifted from Laundrette Terminology.
The atmosphere was brilliant, family friendly and the food abd service great.

Really lovely local feeling place, great atmosphere on a Friday night. After a long drive it was the tonic everyone needed. Clearly they place very high emphasis on customer service which was impeccable. Sophie was a star throughout, would definitely come again.
The food was really good and they have a lot of options here. They usually play music pretty loud so if you want to go somewhere quiet it's probably not here. I wasn't wowed but I enjoyed the meal.

Popped in on date night, first time here and will not be the last. Quick, friendly service, well timed and tasty food and unusual cocktails that tasted great.
Literally left wanting for nothing. Defo will be back.

Came back again, brought the most diverse and picky group of diners I could ( aka the family) and they all loved it. Service was once again on point and the food was fabulous. Quick note, they are a cashless business.

Lovely restaurant, the outside is beautiful but we had to eat inside for my friend .
Inside gave me neon roller disco vibes .
The food was really enjoyed by my two friends who eat meat and my KFC cauliflower burger was naughty nice ! Delicious .
The music was great , staff seemed a bit distant and slightly moody but I don’t know if that was me or not , we did make a few changes for my friend so I don’t know if they were just not liking that .
I would definitely go back for that vegan burger but it was disappointing to only have a sweet potato brownie as a vegan option for dessert (I did not eat this , that’s just too vegan even for me )
I really wanted there to be a dessert I could eat to end a great lunch .
It really is beautifully decorated , would be good to be able to sample the cocktails one day , I was driving so didn’t get a chance .
