They are simply the best burritos in Manchester!
I have had more than my fair share of burritos, a few hundred more than the next guy. Burritos are like pizza in that, even when they're bad, they're good. But a really, really good burrito can be a truly awesome culinary experience.
Manchester now has a great selection of different burrito vendors, and I've tried them all. Although Changos lacks the selection and gloss of it's more famous competitors, it does the one thing it's meant to do better than any other - it makes incredible burritos.
Their sauces are top notch, especially the Oak Smoked Chipotle. The addition of bits of tortilla chips in the burrito adds some really interesting texture, and the various salsas work beautifully with the chicken. I could literally eat here every day and never get bored.
They are simply the best burritos in Manchester!
Always satisfied with Chango's. It is the best Mexican I've ever tasted! High quality food and light on the pocket - it would want you to come back in again. Giving it a 5/5 for its food, taste and quality!
I had to buy the lads Changos because I came bottom of the fantasy league at work. The online order form was really useful for us to fill in our 7 (ouch!) orders beforehand and pass them over the counter. The burritos were fantastic, loads of tasty filling and just the right amount of spice. The staff were really friendly too - totally recommended.
Better than other chains!
Love the Mexican food served here! Was one of my favourite go to restaurants during college.
For Jains who do not get Mexican very easily, I would totally recommend this place.
Hope you would open more outlets
I got chicken and beef burrito. Both were decent. Good amount of meat in each. Felt like it was a bit too much rice in it, and also, it was light flavours. Not very heavy in flavours. Felt similar to other burritos from chains
Nice burrito place in Manchester
Stuff is friendly and the service was super fast and efficient
The ingredients used in the burrito were fresh and very tasty and the end result was delicious.
The large burrito is quite a size and enough if you're hungry.
Definitely recommend
Well done
After leaving my initial review, they contacted me and got it right. I had a lovely burrito days after and it was top quality. It seems it was a misunderstanding.
Old review: Probably the tiniest burrito bowl I’ve ever had. I paid for extra cabbage and realised they added no cabbage at all. Flavour is good though.
It's an upgraded Burrito version of Subway. The food is quite good and the portion is fulfilling. About the service, they might have been a bit slow asking the customer about the salad/sauce options.
The team were really friendly and I felt welcomed during my visit. The medium burrito bowl was a good size and very filling but this could've done with a bit more sauce. Decent price point and the chicken is halal so will be back for more.
Best burrito in Manchester. Fresh ingredients and good portion sizes. I'll definitely be visiting again!
Great burrito place in the Manchester city centre, on Oxford Street. A very simple menu which I found quite refreshing. All toppings are included in the price (you get good value for your money), no hidden extras at all, which, unfortunately, is very rare. Four different meats, five sauces too choose from and a variety of Mexican beers. You can also go for a quesadilla or some nachos. The staff are nice and friendly, the service is very quick. Nice interior with plenty of seating inside and outside.
I had a delicious vegetarian burrito. The staff are friendly. It’s a fast-food place. The spicy sauce is hot and delicious, but repeated on me all night, which was unpleasant.
We love it! It taste exactly the same as the one we used to have before(from a traditional Mexican restaurant)! The ladies are super warm and bright. It is a very cold day, as they haven't got warm drinks. I was freezing, so one lady warmed water for us. Thank you so much! :)
Popped in before going to theatre - staff friendly, food great, venue clean and not too busy!
The staff recommended the mango, lime and hot habenero sauce on the pork burrito and it was spot on with a nice kick!
I went here for something quick as I was rushing for a train and I was pleasantly surprised. At a different burrito chain I found it quite stressful ordering and found the staff didn't really help and seemed more annoyed so have avoided burrito places ever since. However I found all 3 staff members that served me to be extremely kind and very helpful with getting what I wanted. I got a vegetarian regular burrito with majority of the toppings and the mango sauce option (£5.99). It was really nice! I really like their guacamole especially and would definitely go back again.
I love burritos and Listo is by far the best! Taste, value for money and high quality food. Also there’s no hidden guacamole costs! Shockingly I’ve been going for nearly 10yrs and I’ve not had a bad one yet 👌🏼
I had one here whilst tipsy. Came back less so. Both experiences were excellent. Spicy and tangy and filling. No complaints here. 10/10 👍
Genuinely one of the best burritos ice had in a long time. It feels like the initial wave of burrito brands have all gone down in quality, but these guys are great. Simple number of burritos but loafs of choice with fillings and sauce. Very generous and a great flavour.
Pork burrito might be the best thing I've ever eaten! Really tasty food and super quick service so it's good for nipping in while passing by!
Update: For years now Listo's been my favourite burrito place in manchester, bursting with flavour, great portions, very fast service. Fresh ingredients and tasty sauces 🤤
Old: Had a medium pork burrito, meat was great, they didn't have brown rice, but the black beans and other toppings were nice. Salsa though had fresh coriander, for those of you that it tastes like soap, be warned because they didin't mention it. Would reccomend.
Delicious! Always a great lunch with plenty of seating and nice atmosphere. Staff are prompt and polite.
