Pizza Making
We attended a Pizza Making evening as part of a hen party. The staff were fantastic, especially our host, Peter. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!
We went with my friend yesterday mid afternoon.
My friend has a gluten free diet and it is a struggle to find option especially for pizza.
The size of the gluten free and the filling was like a normal pizza.
The food is delicious and the staff was very nice and good wine. recommandation.
Visited last week with my boyfriend and the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Special shout out to our server Hope who was amazing! Friendly and attentive.

Im very nervous to eat out because I have coeliac disease and many places aren't careful. I was really looked after and had a lovely meal!
We were asked on arrival if we had any allergies, and I was given the menu and the allergens folder to check. Our server, the manager and the chef were all very helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious. I had Gluten Free Sloppy Giuseppe which was lovely, so I'd have it again.
We needed VAT receipts for work and our server was happy to accommodate. Thank you all for looking after us, we had a really nice time :)
Lovely staff that were super accommodating. This restaurant had a separate wheelchair accessible entrance, a toilet for disabled people and the tables are a good height for wheelchairs. The food was delicious, especially the dough balls that can be made vegan. They offer gluten free food and gluten free beer. Definitely worth it for an evening out.
Lovely food as usual fabulous waitress, we were on table 11. Hard to mark the atmosphere as it was very quiet
Visited again on Saturday the 20th of April 2024. Excellent service from Niamh. Quick meal today: garlic bread then panne pasta in tomato sauce with mushrooms. Extremely tasty!
Visited the restaurant on Saturday 21st October 2023. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the service from Vasiliki was 100%. Peter has created a great team!
Visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening around 7 p.m.. I haven't eaten in a pizza express for several years and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really tasty, in fact, I had the best vegan pizza ever! The service was great - a chap called Pete took our order and he couldn't have been more helpful. My advice... Definitely worth a visit!

One of the nicer Pizza Express restaurants. You forget it's a chain in here. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean. Food was perfect and very enjoyable. Look forward to returning
Amazing service and incredible food everytime I go! Went here for my birthday with family and I think our servers name was Jo (from the name on the receipt) and Jo was fabulous and so helpful! Nothing was too much hassle! Food was incredible and we felt so taken care of the whole time we were there. My Mum brought a cake for me that had different coloured candles on and when we asked for a slice to be boxed up for my partner to take for his little girl, Jo asked what size slice and what coloured candle to leave on the slice for her and this little touch was so lovely! She was amazing and so caring, and the food was delicious! Had an absolutely amazing time today, thank you so much!
It was amazing experience. We tried Italian pizza, with thin and crispy base, delicious and tasty. Polite and helpful waitress, perfect customer service in a calm atmosphere, are the main reasons that persuade us to come back there again.
Finally we had espresso which was perfect and much better than most of brands café in Manchester.
Clearly the best Pizza Express in the city centre - truthfully the others feel like cafés. The King Street branch, situated in a former stone built bank, has an air opulence. The pizzas are pricey in comparison to other city centre Italian restaurants that are more of an experience and fashionable. Having said all of that the service was excellent, the food was tasty and the staff were worthy of full marks. We will definitely be back.

Still great food (pizza) in a stunning building on a beautiful street in the city centre. The service is superb.
I was out with my sister and friend on Saturday and we were all feeling hungry so we went in to Pizza Express on King Street in Manchester. We hadn't booked a table but fortunately it wasn't an issue. The Waiters were all very nice and we didn't wait long for our Pizzas. All of us had the Padana and we shared some Dough Balls. We all enjoyed our food and would definitely go back. My sister and I have the Pizza Express App so we also got 50% off each which we split with our friend and that was a lovely bonus.
The food was fantastic as was the service.
I used my clubcard points and converted them at the end of the meal as the staff were happy to wait. We had a lovely time, myself and my daughter. It lovely to have a proper catch up with no phones.
The restaurant was spotless, the staff polite and well trained. The volume of the music was just right.
Fantastic afternoon from the moment you walk in until we left, welcomed by a busy waitress, even though she was running everywhere she found time to give us a warm welcome and then she managed to find a table for us with a space for the pram, the pizza is different than what we usually have, very tasty and big size, the calamari were the best I've had so far. We were meant to go have lunch somewhere else that day but we just stopped for a pizza, we definitely didn't regret it, if u r a pizza fan, make sure to try this different pizza for a change, a big thanks to our waitress who was working very hard with a smile on her face, definitely be back soon
Visited twice for lunch this week on Monday and Thursday. Today (Thursday) really busy and great atmosphere. Very importantly staff always look after single diners and don't give them a rubbish small table at the back of the restaurant away from everyone else.
Peter is absolutely brilliant and made our lunch excellent! He is so friendly and really helpful with the food and my allergies! I love Pizza Express but he made it a really lovely lunch and looked after us very well! Gluten free pizza was delicious which is hard to find in restaurants!
Monday lunch 25.03.24
Had a lovely lunch of the duo Romana pizza with my friend. Both servers were cheerful and helpful. The lady server helped us with sorting out a bus route to a Travelodge. Nice atmosphere, pizza was delicious.
One of the best restaurant experiences we've had. The staff were so friendly, we came in out the rain on a Saturday with our 8month old in the pram late afternoon and was seated straight away in a perfect spot, offered a high chair and was very well looked after during our time. Highly recommend and a special thanks to our waitress 😊
Excellent service. Compliment to their staff Jesús. He asked every details in a cheerful way. We asked for chilli oil and he brought us chilli oil and Tabasco. Very thoughtful indeed.
