Friendly welcome, neat restaurant, lovely meat!

There are a few Rodizios in Manchester but this is one of the best. I particularly like the 'oven tray' dishes like slow cooked ribs and herb-encrusted potato wedges.

The steak was really good quality and well-seasoned - their local competition, Bem Brasil tends to over-season its meat, leaving an aftermath of extreme thirst or a day of garlic!

Good job Fazenda, we will see you soon :)

i would recommend the lunch buffet as it was really good quality food. It was better tasting than at Bem Brasil and was a gourmet food experience.

It's been a while since we last popped in here. From seating us to drinks & starters the service was flowing smoothly. Once it was time to plate up for yourself, it was a bit of a lottery at times waiting to see what meat came out of the kitchen. At one point we almost felt like our table was being skipped.

However, whenever we were seen too, the cuts of meat were heavenly. Hot, spicy and when you drizzle a little of the delicious chimichurri sauce on it, the taste experience takes you to new heights.

Customer service was impeccable and overall a very positive dining experience. Not the most friendliest on the wallet but it is a well earned feast and you do get your moneys worth.

Thanks Fazenda.

Visited Sunday night. Had been drawn to Spinningfields for the live music which was great and decided to sit outside at the restaurant to listen to the music in comfort! Asked for some advise on a bottle of Malbec and ended up with a good bottle reasonably priced. We decided to eat here for convenience and to enjoy the wine with some good steak. The meat was very good and you could have as much as you wanted along with the salad at the buffet bar. Despite it being good quality I can't help feeling it was a bit of a glorified buffet and at the best part of £30 each left me a little underwhelmed.

I've been to this Resteraunt twice in three weeks. Both times were lovely. The first time was for a meal with work colleagues on a Friday evening and there was around 20 people. The second time was with family on a Thursday lunch for four people. Both times the food was amazing and the atmosphere was nice. It's defiantly more lively on weekend evenings. For lunch time it was a nice chilled out atmosphere. 10/10 for the staff who were welcoming and friendly. I'm vegetarian and there is plenty to choose from both with the salad bar and vegetarian options on the menu. Will defiantly go again!!

Booking the monthly girly night we had originally planned to visit Bembrasil. However after reading Mark B review he has said he wouldn have rated it higher if he had not attended Fazenda. Looking at the website I thought it was worth spending that extra fiver as it looked swisher. Using the websites booking system it was very simple to pick out slot for 19:30. On arrival there was a reception desk who immediately acknowledged us and a waitress who I felt had been waiting for us led us immediately to a comfy leather booth. The waiter who served us for the rest of the evening queried whether we has been before. When we all shook our heads he explained that after helping ourselves to the salad bar we would simply flip this carded disk to green when we wanted meat and red to stop. After choosing a fazenda cocktail and malbec we waited for our drinks before we set off. The booth was stunning we were walled in by bottles of wine . In front lay the well presented salad bar and the lighting in general made it feel eloquent. Browsing the salad bar made me happy it consisted of various cheeses, sushi, stuffed peppers, dolmas, asparagus, stir fry, mushroom and other rices, roast potatoes, pork stews, prawns in mango, whitebait, chorizo and many others . Basically it wasn't your average salad bar it was creative and hard not to go mad with it. Sitting down with our catch we flipped the disk to green and let the meat commence. The service was so frequent and attentive there were no gaps on waiting for meat when it was set to green. We had beef skirt, pork belly, chicken hearts (thought I would give it a go!) Rib eye steak and various other cuts of meat cooked to my standard I.e rare. However my friend was a well done person so the waiters would cut bits from different parts to ensure this. After devouring some minted lamb the waiter asked if there were anything else on the meat menu that we had not tried. Spying the chicken and bacon, black pudding and Gammon with pineapple we selected these. What I noticed is that they do have a veggie option of pumpkin and goats cheese risotto and gnocchi. They also offered tuna steak for pescaterians. To finish I chose a light sorbet consisting of raspberry, scoop of mango and a third scoop of lemon and lime. Overall I could not fault the service so we agreed to the service charge. The ambiance was great and the food. For £32.60 A head I would say it's worth it. I would suggest it's good for groups and couples.

I have been to their location several times in Liverpool and it is one of my favorite rodizios anywhere. For those not familiar with rodizios, they bring as much meat as you would like to the table on skewers from the kitchen. Why Fazenda stands out is the meat is medium rare to rare (you can also order more well done), and I hate overcooked beef. I love their garlic steak, the fillet here and lamb. They also have a great salad bar, including sushi, a nice selection of cheeses and charcuterie, and a nice sesame seasoned quail egg. So why only four stars. First, it was very warm inside, uncomfortably warm. Not sure if it was intentional so people would not stay too long but it definitely detracted from the meal. Second, while the meat selection is good, it was very inconsistent. I was swamped when I started, probably five servers in three minutes. I tried to be careful and not over-indulge (too quickly) but then had to wait about 20 minutes for more food. I noticed this happened at a few table, again not sure if it is intentional or not. I also never was offered the fillet again. Food is good but the service and temperature need a little work for them to regain the fifth star I awarded Liverpool.

WOW! Just WOW! (Before I continue, if you are reading this review and probably read just beginning bit, remember to check in on Facebook or Google+ to get a free cocktail. Its the Brazilian cocktail, cairpirinhas). I had been wanting to come to Fazenda ever since it opened but for some reason it had taken till this week to finally go. Most of us arrived before our booking so had a drink outside - although unfortunately the drinks for some took awhile to come and actually arrived just as we we got up to go inside (to go to our table). This was the 1st time inside Fazenda and I really like the interior of it. Very cool, stylish. We walked through most of the restaurant as we were in a private room towards the back. We didn't book a private room. Made us feel more exclusive! (And the added benefit is that it was a bit quieter). I had been to a Brazilian BBQ a couple times before so knew what it was about. Salad bar with various pasta, rices, salads etc. Fazenda's salad bar also included a small selection of sushi. (I only managed to go to the salad bar once - at the start - because I didn't want to fill up on salad/rice etc and leave no room for meat!) We sat at our table and after a minute, we were given a complimentary "sharing starter" which was breaded prawns and dough balls - tasted good. However, we were there for the "main event" #meat. Since it was an evening, we would get the choice of 15 different meats. If you don't know, waiters come round with basically chunks of meat which are carved off right in front of you. I am very much a meat-eater and big fan of steak so was really looking forward to basically a conveyor belt of meat coming to our table! You also get unlimited fries. While eating, someone comes round every now and then with some lovely fries. I was also kind of looking forward to trying the chicken heart. Never had before but interested to see what it tasted like. I think we missed out on a couple things which were in menu e.g. black pudding but had plenty. Some things twice. Some things 3 times. We had: Sirloin Gammon (with pineapple) Chicken thigh Sausage Fillet Lamb Chicken with bacon Garlic Rump Cap of rump Lamb chop Chicken heart Rib Eye Rump tail Skirt Pork Belly Overall it was all so good!! I was a BIG fan of the gammon - as was everyone else on the table. Great flavour, so tender. The sirloin was great too - not usually my favourite cut but this was tender and I think had bit more marbling that normal. It was the 1st couple "dishes" so that may have a factor as towards the end, I was very full so things like the pork belly were not as good - was bit dry. The chicken heart was a little odd. It of course tasted like chicken but with a slight offal taste. Now I don't mind offal e.g. liver, kidney but, as it says on the menu, its an acquired taste. Also, my favourite cut rib eye was maybe a touch dry but that could be because by then, I was so full! Happy, but full! For drink, as well as the cairpirinhas I mentioned right at the start - which was lovely, I also had a beer and also a flight of 3 different red wines. To be honest, I am not really a red wine fine but thought would give them a try and also they apparently "go with" red meat. For dessert, I just had a couple scoops of ice cream. In hindsight I should have just had a single scoop, if any at all. If you come here, come with a BIG appetite - maybe just a light lunch! And maybe wear some pregnancy pants ala Joey from Friends. Also, be prepared for the meat sweats and the meat coma when you get home. The service was brilliant and really friendly and they did whatever possible to make sure you had the perfect night. From the "meat servers", the guys taking drinks orders and our main waitress, Helena, who was excellent. What more could you want, endless supply of meat, drinks, lovely restaurant, excellent service!!

We were browsing around Manchester and found this place! It's so different! We need this restaurant in a Dublin! We went there for a drink but the manager Pavel (I think that was his name) walk us around the restaurant! The design and lighting is incredible. Iam an interior architect and I can let you know this is a great place, well deserve 5 out of 5! Haven't try food but it looks great: concept is - coming, paying, taking food from salad bar(smoked salmon, salads, rice, vegetables), sitting, (you will have chip on the table one side red other green ), they will bring you meat as soon as you putting token green side up, and stop when it's red! Pretty cool idea! And so on until you are really full! So starve for a couple of days and go to Fazenda and enjoy lots of great food! Dinner about 31 £ per person and lunch 17,50 £ until 5 pm. When I'll be back I'll go and eat in this place!

I'm not massively sure how it took me so long to hit this place but based on this experience it's somewhere I'll constantly be hitting in the future! Here's the best bits: * 'salad bar' is just incredible - we're taking veges, salads, ceviche, sushi, salsa, prawns - just loads of food that tastes incredibly fresh and super yum. * All you can eat meat, whenever you want it - all cooked to perfection and brought to you. * At £29.95 per head at dinner time (cheaper at lunch) it's great value for money. *Incredible desserts (cost extra) * Drinks prices are reasonable and there's some very cost effective bottles of wine and the craft beer range is unique and cool from South America. * Really lovely and efficient staff - these guys rock. * Lovely surroundings Overall a really easy decision to award them 5 stars.

Amazing, spectacular, outstanding. A simple idea turned into a sophisticated and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience! The 'Rodizio Grill' type of restaurant isn't anything new - they've been around for a while and most modern cities have 1 or 2 options for you to choose from. Manchester obviously has Bem Brazil, which is great also, but it's just not a patch on Fazenda. Ok so you a little bit more, it's £30 a head, but the variety of meats, the options at the salad bar and the standard of the service is brilliant. After our Yelp event here recently, I couldn't wait to get back and enjoy it again so when Jonny suggested Fazenda for a dinner with a few colleagues I couldn't say yes quick enough! The meats as always, fantastic, the salad and cheeses to start were great and the desserts were some of the best I've ever had. As you can tell, I'm a fan.

Hmmm.......what can I add? Quite a lot really. I'm not really a meat eater but I wouldn't call myself a veggie either so here I sit kind of in the middle. Came here in a large group so we got a private room which was beautiful. The whole restaurant is beautiful, the lighting is beautiful, the staff are beautiful, the ambience is beautiful, the options for non meat eaters not so beautiful! Basically you can have haddock and pea risotto or something with coriander in it. I saw the word coriander and my heart sank to my uncomfortable shoes. Coriander is heinous! Coriander is the devil! I hate Coriander! You can take the worlds supply of coriander and burn it to ashes, I wouldn't care. Coriander should be used as slow punishment to get confessions out of people etc etc etc. I don't care for Coriander. If coriander was my friend I'd block it's number and disown it. You see where I'm coming from? I'm not so keen on coriander! So I got the haddock and pea risotto......it's very fishy and haddocky. Not really my thing so I was glad of the beautiful buffet choice. There's quite a lot to fill up on here, you def won't go hungry but as a none meat eater you kind of miss the theatrics of the waiters bringing skewers of 15 different types of meat to add to your buffet meal. The meat was well cooked so it seems and everyone was holding out for the lamb. Not for me but they seemed to love it. The veggie option includes a choice of dessert so I got the vanilla and toffee ice cream which I have to say was intensely beautiful, so much so that I had to give some of it away to those meat munchers who insisted on staring at me and it with their mouths open as dessert wasn't in their list of options on the meat menu. ......ha, unlucky!!!!!!!!! I paid £30 for essentially vegetables and ice-cream, I'm not mad but it was the most I've paid for a plate of refillable sides so I'm dropping a star purely for the lack of choice for non meat eaters and I would have preferred the water without half a cucumber in it. But still giving four because the buffet is refillable, the dessert was beautiful, the waiters attentive and the surroundings were incredible. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault! You meat feasters won't be disappointed.

Wow! What a restaurant! And I can't believe it's taken me this long to get to try Fazenda. The concept it really cool and similar to that of Bem Brazil. I took my plate to the salad bar (which does so much more than your standard salad) and filled up on meat accompaniments such as spicy Spanish potatoes, creamy mushrooms, asparagus and rice. The main event is very impressive - sword wielding waiters approach your table and slice off the amazingly succulent and freshly cooked pieces of meat on to your plate. And they don't stop, until you change your beermat-style token over to show the red side - meaning 'STOP GIVING ME FOOD' Every piece of meet i tried was excellent. So juicy and tender! I was a very happy girl entering the biggest meat coma ever by the time I left

The first time I popped into Fazenda a few months back I was struck by how pleasant and non-snooty the host was, despite this restaurant being really quite fancy. Having now encountered probably about a dozen other staff members I would say the same goes for all of them, they are probably the nicest service team working in Manchester today. The only slight blip in service came at the outset on the comfortable outdoor terrace where I was surprised the server didn't know what I meant by the hibiscus cocktail (there's only one, hibisco is in the name) or what the guest ale was. Perhaps people mainly order wine? Anyway the cocktail was great when it turned up, as were the cairpirinhas we got free because we checked in on facebook. The bar snacks actually look really good - a bit more interesting than average (e.g. a feijoada pastry), I'd like to go back soon and sample them. We were lucky to be assigned a private room at the back, it's perfect for 6 - 8 people and like the rest of the restaurant is a beautiful, dark and elegant surrounding. We started off with the salad bar. It looks like a great selection, I confined myself mainly to stuffed vine leaves and peas with bacon (srsly why were those not in my life before) although also had a quick taste of the sushi (not bad, not sure it's raw). Obviously the main event was the meat and I think we sampled everything Winners: sirloin (probably the best I've ever had), gammon (again probably the best ever, it was particularly tender) Honourable mention: garlic rump (some of this was dry but the bit that wasn't was sensational), chicken hearts, skirt, fillet, pork belly Also ran (deliciiously): lamb, chicken wrapped in bacon, chicken thighs, sausage We had a little flight of wine with dinner - 3 glasses of 50ml. I thought this was a great idea, as it's affordable £7.90 and gives you a chance to sample some wines you might not otherwise choose. Dessert wise, I am a fan of having a cocktail instead. Fazenda has specific dessert cocktails, and we (me and Emily, my sharing buddy) loved the espresso martini and strawberry cheesecake. Can't wait to go back!

If you have never been to a Brazilian BBQ, what the hell are you waiting for?? Fazneda has great decor, comfortable seating and a large enough venue so you are not sat on top of neighbouring tables. The buffet has a great selection of both cold and hot items along with pickles, peppers and sauces. Upon return to your table the fun begins as the meats start to turn up. We had already told the guys on arrival we prefer well done as opposed to medium/rate. 15 options of meats all coming roasted on spits with a few herbs, garlic or salt... The staff were all delightful friendly as well as customer focus. I totally like the fact when bringing they bill, they advise they added a 10% service charge (so not just slipped in there) and then proceeded to say it was optional... Now where else have you ever been when they have been so upfront about that? Way to go Fazenza... On the down side, I do believe it is quite highly priced and that did leave a slightly bitter taste afterwards. TIP - check in on Facebook and receive a free, yes u got it... Caipirinha Cocktail...

I think generally it's really hard to find really good Brazilian brasseria (meat on stick), but Fazenda really delivers. Visiting Manchester just for a couple of days (from Sweden) I could not miss out on the opportunity to visit a brasseria and there were no regrets. If you have the opportunity, do try it out. Great service, great food even though not everything isn't he salads bar was excellent, but still good and good wine. Great experience, great food, great staff. And for lunch they even have a vegan menu, so many thumbs up.

The meat is out of this world!! Think an up-market version of Bem Brazil..... I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough as a place you must try for a great dining experience in Manchester! You pay a set fee (it was around £35 when we came on a week night) and then you have full access to non-stop, delicious meat delivered to your table! The rules are simple; turn you're card green if you want more meat, and red if you need a short break (trust me, you'll need it). They serve all types of meat to you're table (non-stop) which you can take from the skewer. The steak is incredible and succulent, and if you are feeling particularly adventurous the chicken heart is well worth a try! Can't see you're desired meat from the large array of choices on offer from the menu? No problem, just tell the waiter and they will bring it to you. The salad bar is pretty epic, spanning from olives to fresh sushi! So a word of advice, if you love you're meat do not overkill on the salad bar! I hope you enjoy your time at Fazenda, and don't forget to sample their great cocktails too.

Reviewing this place solely on the drinks. Will go back for the food... Fazenda is a Brazilian rodizio on Spinningfields, in other words a place where you come to get the meat sweats. You pay a set price, you help yourself to the salad bar and then they bring round cuts of meat on big skewers and carve it on your plate. I've yet to try the food at Fazenda, but I've eaten at Brazilian restaurants before- and meat- what's not to love? Unless you're veggie of course then stay the hell away. Anyways I've come here on numerous occasions for drinks on their outdoor patio. It's comfy, has sofas with big cushions and there are outdoor heaters so you won't get cold in the Manchester weather. The interior is gorgeous- all sexy yellow and black marble. And the cocktails are fab. This time round I had the hibiscus cocktail with gin and egg whites and it was seriously good. Plus it was a twist on a margarita with a kind of salty rose petal garnish around the rim of the glass. Great if you're on a date as the vibe is rather sultry and the outdoor area makes you feel like you could be sitting outside in continental Europe...almost.

This is the place for good meat! The beef was mouth wayeringly succulent and juicy, the lamb was seasoned to perfection and melted in your mouth and the chicken wrapped in bacon was delicious. Even the cold starters buffet and salad bar was amazing. The staff were great and really attentive. I love this place!

I recently visited Fazenda on a work's meal out. We had the private room located at the back of the restaurant. The room looked great and aired a sense of decadence with it's huge wooden table, hanging meats & giant bottles of wine. The staff were friendly & prompt often sparking up a little conversation whilst serving us, which was nice. They had a good selection of steak, pork and chicken and were reasonable fast serving our table given in mind the size of the restaurant. I can't help but feel underwhelmed by the seasoning of the meats though, it only really hit the sweet spot on a few of the meats. I felt that Fazenda are playing it a bit on the safe side with some of there dish choices and could be a bit more adventurous. The self serve island of salads, sauces, pastas and various other light bites was really good. They had stuffed vine leaves as well which is a favorite of mine. Great selection of cocktails and drinks, I had to wait a while for mine but they waiter came across on a few occasions to explain that the bar was very busy and apologised for the delay. All in all, Fazenda has done a great job in bringing another Brazilian Meat's banquet to Manchester. The restaurant really did look amazing (although it didn't ooze Brazil) and the staff were more than accommodating to our needs. My only gripe is that for me the food was tasty but didn't have the absolutely-delicious-mouthwatering-wow-factor that makes you tell all your friends about the place. I think Fazenda has competition in Manchester, but it's definitely worth a visit!

Big fan of Fazenda. The food is great, staff very welcoming and an all round brilliant atmosphere! The choice of salad/sides to accompany the meat makes this restaurant stand out for me as other similar places have let me down on this front, and of course the meats are cooked to perfection. My only bits of advice are to make sure you plan ahead and book in advance as it is very popular and getting in last minute can be difficult and also you probably shouldn't eat for about 3 days beforehand :) Already excited for my next meal here!

Service and atmosphere were great. Food was lovely- high quality meat for sure. Although, the salad bar could do with more work, some of the items on there looked like they were there for too long. Aside from that, definitely a good experience

An absolute masterclass in customer service! We wanted a small private dining room to celebrate our recent marriage, with our friends and Fazenda ticked the box with its offering of intimate private dining rooms. The process of communicating with the front of house team when booking the room was absolutely exceptional - the team are so unbelievably professional and helpful - it gave me full confidence that my booking was exactly as I wanted it. And it definitely was. We had such an incredible and memorable evening - the food (and very reasonably priced wine) was obviously amazing, as it's always been, but the service is what made our night as magical as it was - we left with some beautiful gifts from Fazenda and memories that'll last a lifetime. Thanks to you all so much.

A while since our last visit, but still top marks. The atmosphere is cosy and for such a large restaurant this is remarkable. Service is excellent, friendly knowledgeable staff, keen to please and no request is too much, always asking if there is anything they can do for you. The food is excellent , meat from rare to well done, just as you like it. The salad table is varied and delicious , sides are good portions . We couldn’t resist desert and wow were we pleased!

A week day getaway saw us visit Fazenda. We booked online ahead of time which was super easy to do. Upon arrival we were greeted by the two hosts at reception, which one of them got us greeted straight away where menus were ready to go. We were then approached by a waitress who seemed as if she really didn’t want to be there? Very abrupt, no real conversation. This was absolutely made up though by not only the quality and selection of meat that came out as well as the amazing salad bar but also by another waiter Taylor and meat server Leticia who approached us professionally and with massive smiles on their faces every time! So a big big big shoutout to them! The drinks menu was also great. Plenty of wine from the wine cellar available, as well as some imported IPA’s which were nothing short of thirst quenching! Fazenda, we will be back.

We lost the count for how many times we visited here but we never get disappointed. Excellent customer service is one of the reasons we keep coming back and of course the quality of foods too. The atmosphere is very good especially to celebrate the special occasions. Always look forward to go to Fazenda because we know that we are going to have a good time there. Thank you Fazenda

The place was very welcoming.Got a brilliant run down on how to order meats with your red and green cards. The salad bar would have been enough for me without the meats and chips and mushrooms also the spicy peppers and the potatoes The wine was merlot at £16 per glass. The food was £52.90.each .The bathroom was very clean and tidy Just don't go if you are on a tight budget. We enjoyed the one of experience and was extremely stuffed.

They have good sides as well, plenty of salad options. Loved their Garlic aioli and Hummus it went well with the steaks. It is a busy place so pick you day wisely. I will definitely go here again. Absolutely impeccable, I am highly satisfied with the experience I had at Fazendas on the 24/02/24 To begin, the food was delicious, I loved the salad and meat selection which you can help your self, and theres waiters delivering different kinds of fresh, tender meats straight to your table. And what I love about this, is the fact you can choose your desired cook preference of how you want your meat cooked. The sides were very also spectacular, especially the fact they are unlimited and you can request more when needed. The staff itself in Fazendas are so welcoming and professional, they are widely available around the restaurant when you need anything. Moreover, the food and service was top standard, and I would highly recommend this place for the experience I had today. I will be returning. The dining atmosphere topped it all off, it was rather busy but very cooperative in terms of service, we visited at lunchtime at around 12:45.

Fazenda is a must-go please for carnivores, guaranteed to satisfy your meat cravings and leave you feeling delightfully sated. The restaurant greets you with an inviting entrance, although the initial reception was a bit overwhelming due to some confusion among the hosts. Once inside, we were enveloped in a vibrant atmosphere, thanks also to the waiters that were serving. The quality of the meat is commendable, and the unique feature of choosing your preferred level of doneness - rare, medium, or well-done - at the outset, adds a personal touch to the dining experience. We simply flipped the provided tab to green, and we were presented with an array of mouth-watering choices, with the Lamb Rosemary and Garlic standing out as a particular favourite. Our meaty feast was accompanied by two glasses of exquisite wine - a robust Cabernet Sauvignon and a delicate Pinot Noir - and to our delight, we were also treated to two complimentary glasses of champagne! If you find yourself in Manchester, a visit to Fazenda is highly recommended for an unforgettable culinary journey! The picture attached was the dessert, a millefoglie cake, superb!
