I went here spontaneously and I don’t regret it at all. We came in pretty late, about 9pm and they still served us. I could tell they were going to close soon but we were not made feel rushed. Service was good and the staff were nice and accommodating.
The food was incredible and delicious and there was pickled garlic on the table (Recommend) I had the chicken spring rolls with noodles and we also had an appetiser, summer spring rolls. I really recommend them because they are fresh and crunchy, great for hot weather or just in general.
I will definitely come back here soon, and again and again!
The food was superb..totally different tastes 😋..called in off the street...no problem....at tea time ...was very busy when we left .will bee booking a slot next time...great vegan food 😋...nice different larger 🍻❤️it
Recommended by a friend to try it, I was not disappointed, it tasted great. Will definitely come again .
I didn't think anywhere in Manchester could compete with VietShack. But VietGuy is a hidden gem. Walked past at lunch, and it was very busy, ordered a couple of dishes and it was delicious.
The prawn summer rolls were awesome.

Amazing food, lovely people.
Cannot recommend enough.
Awesome!
Amazing food always , reasonably priced, friendly staff .
I come here quite regularly to order take-outs and not gonna lie the food is always amazing. For a Vietnamese restaurant they surely do well on the basics - Pho, chargrilled meat, spring rolls etc but what surprises me is the super delicious noodles with fish/ fish cake and the fried ice cream that I've never found anywhere else in the UK. Oh and the Bo luc lac (shakeing beef) is probably one of the best beef dishes I've ever had.
Price is very reasonable, only less than £13 for a main dish that can already fill you up. Also very quick with take outs (I often wait for like 5 - 10 mins). Nothing to complain really.
I recently visited a Vietnamese restaurant that had a really homely feel to it, and I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing. One dish that stood out to me was the rice noodles with grilled pork. The meat was well-marinated and had an amazing taste, and the sweet and sour sauce really complemented the pork and noodles. It was a dish that left me feeling satisfied and wanting more at the same time.
Another standout dish was the coconut sizzling hot plate beef. The beef was tender and cooked to perfection, and the sauce had just the right amount of coconut to give it a unique and delicious flavor. It was a dish that really hit the spot and left me feeling extremely satisfied.
I also tried the rare beef pho, which had an amazing soup base that was heart-warming and comforting. The beef was cooked just right and added to the overall deliciousness of the dish.
Finally, I have to mention the salt and pepper chicken wings. These were perfectly marinated and fried, leaving me wanting more even after I had finished my meal. The flavor was amazing and the texture was just right.
Overall, this Vietnamese restaurant exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some amazing Asian cuisine. The homely feel of the place, combined with the amazing food, made it a memorable experience that I won't soon forget.
2nd visit. Great food. 1st visit huge soup. 2nd a stir fry. Both great dishes. Fresh summer rolls lovely. VN coffee took me back.
Frozen "deep fried" ice cream not so good as it seemed straight from freezer rather than freshly fried. This place is a real gem and great value.
Lovely staff.
Quick service.
Been twice already! Lovely food! My kids love it, the kids portions are quite big.
Can’t wait to visit again.
