Really lovely, small and cosy place to get a bite to eat. One of Chorltons quirky little restaurants with food that is based on international dishes. The menu is quite limited - there's a small plates selection with around 7 items and a handful of mains. The food is really good with the perfect amount of flavour and spice and they have a good selection of alcoholic drinks too. It's a little bit on the expensive side for what it is and there was only 4 non-alcoholic drinks to choose from which is disappointing if you don't drink alcohol. Overall though, the food and drinks were more than what we had expected which is always good and we really liked it. I'd definitely recommend :)

Lauren and her 6ft angry man made us very welcome and provided amazing service and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, the only criticism is the portions were huge, maybe smaller portion at a slightly lower price point would be an idea. The coffee and hot chocolate were perfect. Will most definitely be returning for more of this intriguing menu and look forward trying the afternoon/evening menu.

Tried here one Saturday evening, a quirky eclectic place with small internationally-inspired dishes. Cosy atmosphere, very laid back and friendly staff. Tasty dishes, very flavourful and inspired. Shared the Persian nachos as starter, very nice combination. Later I tried the prawn curry and my husband had the rendang chicken burger, both of which were amazing. Good selection of drinks too, all at reasonable prices. Deserts looked yummy, some people were just in for the sweets! Would definitely go back to try more dishes.

Loved this place. Food was nice and reasonably priced, portions good and atmosphere quite welcoming and different. People can just casually come for deserts too. I got Indonesian rendang chicken burger and shared the starter of Persian beef nachos with my wife. Both were really good. Highly recommended!

Great quality food, a varied breakfast menu with your classics plus some interesting options such as Persian brisket. Good options for vegans/veggies as well as meat eaters, decent coffee and a fine selection of beers. Friendly service too.

For different flavours from around the globe, Globe in Chorlton will provide In a quirky setup down the cute lane of shops on Barlow Moor Road, Globe is very aptly named for the different flavours they provide. With seating inside and out, it is the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon in a chilled environment. And if you’re like us who have difficulty picking from all the different options, Globe have a Wednesday & Thursday deal where you can have 3 dishes for £12! Three of these dishes will definitely fill you up, because we had; >Artisan Bread - The beetroot hummus was absolutely divine and the bread was really fresh. There was a bit too much feta cheese, but not enough to put us off this dish >Teriyaki glazed baby Aubergine - This was one of the favourites of the small dishes with a lovely tangy teriyaki sauce. Have never really thought of aubergine teriyaki and now it’s never to be forgotten >Zucchini Fritters - This was the other favourite containing mushy zucchini balls with little garnish toppings and beetroot hummus >Bombay Potato Croquettes - Spicy potatoes with Indian flavourings to be dipped in Sriracha Mayo And because we couldn’t resist, some Sumac Halloumi Fries to complement. This was like Patata Bravas (potatoes with spanish sauces) but with Halloumi instead of potatoes. If halloumi is your thing, this is the dish for you The 3 dishes for £12 is awesome, fills you right up and perfect for sharing...what’s stopping you?! Recommendation Rating: Medium Price: ££ Service: 8/10 Halal: Vegetarian options

Had artisan breads, beef skewer and spicy slaw and the nicest think cut chips I've had in a long time. Friendly, casual, good beer and I'll be back.

Really good food, amazing cocktails and incredibly friendly! They didn't have the cocktail we wanted so made a unique drink instead which was amazing. Bar manager and owner are incredibly personable, atmosphere is lovely. I feel like this is a real hidden gem in Chorlton, I've been to most bars here and I would rate this one highly. Lovely visit and will be returning!

Booked a table for my birthday last week. The restaurant was super accommodating as I kept changing the party size.. sorry about that! The food was super delicious and the drinks too. It’s a little pricey but worth it for the good quality. The service was amazing, really attentive and friendly and the vibe was fabulous. We all had an amazing time and I would recommend this place to anyone. There were lots of great veggie options, which is why I selfishly chose this place, but I think my friends would have appreciated more meaty mains;)
