Lovely little gem of a pub. Roaring fire and home cooked food. 2 adults and 3 kids with drinks and puds for £60. Waited about 40mins as all cooked fresh. The chips are proper old school, better than the chippy.

Went to Eden camp in the morning. We were looking for a home cooked Sunday lunch. And we certainly did what a superb Sunday roast. Lovely friendly staff. Also nice to see a family run pub. Where most of the family help out.
Typical village pub offering character. Locals were lovely and the landlord and landlady had a wonderful sense of humour. Food was top draw too. Would recommend pie night on Thursdays!

Great place for a pint. Dog and children friendly. Only had a pint and a couple of soft drinks but Sunday dinner which was served whilst I was there looked fine for the price.
Best ever Sunday Dinner ,4slices of roast lamb 5 fresh veg plus battered parsnips to die for only go for large size if you have a matching appetite.friendly service definitely a place to go
