Nice pub in a beautiful village. We stayed there 3 nights. Breakfast was okay. Food in general was really good. The staff were kind and welcoming. There is also darts you can play when it’s not busy. The pub is in a perfect location to get around Malham by walk. We enjoyed our stay at the Buck Inn.
Great pub with nice food at reasonable prices. The only negative is that as it's in a popular walking spot it gets very crowded but the staff seemed to cope very well. Dog friendly too !
We stayed over the road in a cottage so this was our “local”. Good vibe throughout the day with lots of patrons drinking and eating outside. We popped in for evening dinner after a long day walking. Food was excellent and service was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend the fish and chips and my
We stayed for 2 nights the room was dated but very clean , it had really nice bedding and towels . Free parking but gets full . Breakfast was OK, with a small selection of continental and a choice of hot ,not the biggest portion but adequate. We did not eat here on an evening , people we spoke to
Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. The Vegan apple crumble was exquisite. Perfect place to stop off before or after a trek.
The weather was awful but it England but a nice werm room and good food enjoy it a lot
Popped in for lunch and had a nice pub meal. The food was generous portions, great warm and cozy atmosphere, highly enjoyed ourselves. I really liked my creamy mushroom toast!
My partner and I visited for an evening meal. The member of staff on the bar was friendly and helpful. We visited on a Tuesday and booked (booking wasn't necessary). The food was tasty, although we ordered bread and olives as a sharer starter, which was advertised as focaccia (it was sliced bread).
Great food, perfect location for the Malham circular walk!
Very busy and I felt sorry for the one poor guy serving.... Saturday afternoon should have more staff on! Beer was lovely and much needed.
The ladies loo had no toilet paper, I mentioned it to the one guy serving, but honestly, he didn't look like he'd get a chance to do anything about it and I did
We stayed for 2 nights, the rooms were nice and clean, the service was spot on and the food was great. Yes the pub itself is a little tired in places but it is kept clean. Would definitely go back.
This is a beautiful place to stay for the weekend. Our bedroom was gawjus, the bathroom was huge too. The staff were very happy to help you with all that you needed. So very polite too which I thought was outstanding. Even the dogs get a sausage for their breakfast. Will definitely be making the tri
The food here is great, plenty of beverage choice, and the service is good. This could easily get a 5 star review if the radiators were on and the fires lit, as it was cold and wet outside and we wanted to come in and dry off with some hot food. This pub lacks the atmosphere that it's neighbour supp
